    @sharanyaar @VodafoneIN @airtelindia This s the main problem of customer care, they will tell us they will do somthings but nothing will be done. Different executives are responding for our problems, so that they will do the first step, then the other came in and do the same. But nothing more

    Airtel is cheating. I called customer care to disconnect in July as I already switched provider. They committed will put in safe custody without bill and return later. But they activated connection and calling me day and night to pay the bill. #Airtelbroadband @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia thanks app is a crap literally. Not even register a support request , disconnection request . This company is not listening to customers , even after migrated to @JioCare I can't process my disconnection. Tried all possible ways , always auto msg templates n replys

    @airtelindia I have already disconnected my airtel wifi and dth connection on 29th May 26 but connection not disconnected yet and bill generated why? I have a recording regarding disconnecting with customer care. kindly do need full action otherwise I will go for Justice.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 5 days Broadband is not fixed and You've not fixed the connection your good for nothing engineers haven't fixed the connection be prepared for a legal case if you don't fix the connection by evening and refund this 5 days.

    @airtelindia Atleast allow us to connect with our personal laptop. This is not fair at all. Allow to connect with atleast one device with unlimited 5G. We are not using it for commercial purposes. Lot of people use it for study purpose too. @Dot_India Please help .
