  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel postpaid is trap first they let you in then charge unnecessarily and they didnt not allow us to convert in prepaid or port to other network easily. don't go for postpaid. customer care also not supportive. rates/charges/plans are expensive.

  Airtel is cheating. I called customer care to disconnect in July as I already switched provider. They committed will put in safe custody without bill and return later. But they activated connection and calling me day and night to pay the bill. #Airtelbroadband @airtelindia @TRAI

Despite a huge monthly billing, when I fight through your IVR to access a human on my "dedicated service team", the response it to deny me either a technician visit or even to talk to a supervisor.
