    @airtelindia yor customer care executives at ghatkopar east Tilak road are behaving like they are the bosses of customers. A marathi speaking lady was speaking in english while customer was requesting to talk in marathi. He was unable to understand English.

    Since the day i have bought this Airtel postpaid connection i.e 23-Aug-2019. Not for a single moment I've got good connection,and now its time to pay the bills 4 the service I've never experienced,sorry @airtelindia I am not paying it this time,kindly disconnect @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Pathetic service by Airtel. Had some issues with old sim, was told that the new sim will get activated in 2 to 3 hours. It's nearly 7 hours now. Seems @Airtel too going RCOM way.

    @airtelindia the service has gone bad to worse. Again went to the gallery,attendant says ur document submitted was not clear. Document submitted again 2-1/2 hours ago..yet to start..Twitter reply: u r sim is working.Looks like the @reliancejio pressure is too much @sunilbmittal

    @DoT_India What action? I am being harassed by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia by calling me atheist 20 times a day. I have many times made it clear to them that I will clear bills only after the service issues are resolved, but they do not understand. They have become the goondas of telecom.

    Never do minimum @airtelindia recharge for a year at a go. They will deprive of you their services and you cant port due to loss. No data network for internet. No phone network for call. And loose your customers every now n then.
