    Really Pathetic Customer Service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even after stopping International Roaming by calling on 121 last month,sending bill with IR charges again.Talking to customer care is really frustrating. Porting is last resort.Hope @JioCare serves better.

    So #Vodafone Idea @ViCustomerCare won't allow customers to call on any 10 Digit Helpline Numbers including Phone Banking, if they are on Unlimited Calls and Data Pack/plan. However there are no issues with @airtelindia and @_reliancejio That's why Vodafone is losing in India

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very bad experience at Airtel store in Fort Mumbai Mr. Amin Chocolatewala the store manager is not bothered of Prepaid customer,I think this behaviour comes down the line from last 120 days I am facing network problem but none of the delegates turned

    Hey, @airtelindia and @IRCTCofficial . Thanks for placing ads with "book now" buttons on the train booking page that take you to Airtel instead of payments page. Thanks to this, I've lost my tatkal booking and had to cancel important trip.

    @airtelindia are there any remote chances of your pathetic services improving in near future?? No calls connected, data is slower than 2G, reply to complaints is at 3G speed and without any hesitation talking about closure of complaint without giving any solution at 5G speed 🤐

    @airtelindia I have not used my DTH for the last 3 months and I am still being charged for the services. To top it all my outgoing calls were suspended. Inspite of repeated requests my bills are being generated Tried calling customer care and to deactivate from Airtel app nothing works

    @DoT_India Thanks 🙏 really appreciate. As it’s there . That in dec only 4 times net was not working . Other companies like @airtelindia service is super quick. I have airtel at my office . And no frequent network problem also . @HathwayBrdband has taken customers for granted

    If you have connected with @airtelindia service, it's still outdated IVRs, giving you wrong information, and make sure your day is getting spoiled. What a pathetic service !! If you want to convert, pls don't do it through airtel thanks app, many options won't work, and they will never tell you before doing, but after done they will simply raise their hands.

    @airtelindia Really disappointed with the service. I was promised WiFi installation within 48 hours, but after payment I’m now being told there’s no stock and I have to wait 10 days. No proactive communication, no proper updates, and customer support has been unresponsive and unprofessional. I chose Airtel expecting faster service, but this experience has been frustrating. Please look into this and provide a clear resolution ASAP.

    @deathmakercs @airtelindia Had the same issue 2 days back, they told me it was tower issue and kept telling me to wait 3-4 hrs so that they can resolve the issue. First of all their services are ****, I get 60 ping in Mumbai server from karnataka whereas jio wifi gives 25-30 ping, hopeless service.

    @airtelindia This is fraud-level service. Paid for JioHotstar. Never got access. Raised complaints, visited store, shared proof — still nothing. Now you say “expired” while your own team says “active”? What kind of scam is this? Resolve it #Airtel #FraudAlert #CustomerRights
