    @Airtel_Presence Dear Faizan @airtelindia I sent you my complaint /query on the 31st of October 2020 and I'm waiting to resolve the issue at the earliest. You can cancel my subscription from the above mentioned date and not keep it on hold if that's what you mean. Awaiting the email reply.

    @saadkhan09 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The speed and data conn itself is great. The airtel service is terrible raised to the power of 10. Imagine a 17 hr wait to get a damaged wire repaired. Damage due to heat. And to top it off I'm being pushed to change my wiring by the wireman!
