    @airtelindia I called your Airtel distributor and he said that our internet connection is not working, so he says why do you tell me? Is this your number one service? Wrost service. I think to change my broadband connection.

    @Airtel_Presence Unable to hear anything clear ,both incoming or outgoing calls for the last few days. Being in suburbs of a metro city ( Mumbai) such bad sluggish network is very frustrating. Would request @airtelindia to immediately improve the quality of the network.

    I must admit, @TataSky would be the worst in fulfing a relocation request. While @airtelindia does it in 24 hrs, they take within 72 hrs to close a relocation of my broadband services, to expedite it soon, despite calling their customer service. Customer Id C2100137678..

    @imHirak1001 @airtelindia Airtel network is very poor in Mumbai only said we listen customer complaints but this is only on advertisement in TV in ground level network is very poor no reply by any customer care executive or office bearer of Airtel @DoT_India please take necessary steps as soon as possible

    @Airtel_Presence It's very annoying to receive important calls but due to network connectivity issues you are unable to hear the message clearly. @airtelindia u need to immediately rectify this issue. In Mumbai, am facing this issue, God help the subscribers in non Metro's cities

    I never received a satisfactory response from airtel since october and whenever try to call complain no. It never connect to coustmer care person and via mobile app it only show tower upgrade (always) so please improve it on prior @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I am in the UK since January 2020. I have an Airtel SIM deactivated on 27 December 2021. The resolution given is that I need to spend £2000+ to go to India and reactivate it. Wow! Think I will forward the resolution email to management.
