@airtelbank @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Who is going to sort the issue when everyone just keeps asking me the issue whenever their is a shift change...does it not get documented anywhere or is the system so outdated??? Pathetic service by gallery and now even the social handles are of no use....

@airtelbank @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Just let me know if you can sort the issue if not I'll quite airtel fastag for 2nd time now...as the same issue is repeated twice and I cant go for a 3rd time...better I get it from somewhere else..simply accept you cannot help and close the issue instead of harassing in such way
