@airtelindia bluntly says to customer that now you are back in india we can’t do anything but next time you travel that time will resolve the issue ! How convincing ! Being platinum customer doesn’t matter to them at all.

It's been more than a month now and i am only able to use 5-6 GB of data out of 75 gb data plan. Feeling great to experience the worst service ever, even after notifying about every issue faced, still no resolution except automated responses. Thanks @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia yor customer care executives at ghatkopar east Tilak road are behaving like they are the bosses of customers. A marathi speaking lady was speaking in english while customer was requesting to talk in marathi. He was unable to understand English.

Since the day i have bought this Airtel postpaid connection i.e 23-Aug-2019. Not for a single moment I've got good connection,and now its time to pay the bills 4 the service I've never experienced,sorry @airtelindia I am not paying it this time,kindly disconnect @Airtel_Presence

@reliancejio charges 399 for 84 days ie Rs 4.75 per day and @airtelindia/@VodafoneIN Charges 199 for 28 days for similar plan ie Rs.7.10 . Now technically if a person talks about approx 65 hrs a day on other network ( hypothetical) jio still charges less . #6paise

I advised my wife to switch from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia for better connectivity. In hindsight it was a mistake. Yesterday morning I got a SMS with a pin for activation. My wife tried to dial but it said not registered on network @Airtel_Presence

I dialed @airtelindia customer care at 4 PM to sought out the issue and I was assured that I will get a call back. Nothing happened. After 8 PM, my fuming wife, who is without a number and works in banking sector, dialed the customer care. More misery was waiting for her.
