    @airtelindia A call from your side is your recording call on 17th. As a customer I was told that they will give me the best offer and they said that they will give me 1GB data Amazon prime member on a recharge of Rs 239 but I have not received it.

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare I was really happy when you fixed the network issues last month. It worked well for 4–5 days, but then the same problems started again. At this point, I can't trust the service anymore. Thanks for your response and efforts, but @airtelindia is providing much better service in my area right now. 👋

    Hello @airtelindia, I haven’t been able to use my mobile data for over a month now—whether I’m at home, the office, or commuting. It’s completely dead everywhere. Multiple friends are facing the same issue. Do you plan to fix this issue soon, or should we just port out?

    Hello @airtelindia Team, I want to enable the SIM Lock feature on my Airtel SIM. However, I do not know the current SIM PIN. Could you please help me with the default SIM PIN or guide me on how to obtain/reset it? Also, please let me know how I can get the PUK code if needed.
