@airtelindia A call from your side is your recording call on 17th. As a customer I was told that they will give me the best offer and they said that they will give me 1GB data Amazon prime member on a recharge of Rs 239 but I have not received it.

Hi @airtelindia What kind of 4g network are you providing, 2g also works better. If you do not want to leave the 4g network, then do not belong to your bus. That even after compiling the bar our appeal is being ignored

@airtelindia cant raise a request. your team came earlier to fix another line, and ended up breaking mine even after informing them thrice, and they knew i WFH. the internets broken now, not able to raise issue on app. Some configuration issue on the node side i guess. fix this?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been telling you how annoyingly poor your service is and I haven’t received any update regarding this. I pay for 4G and I barely get 2G and the signal is pathetically poor. I don’t think Airtel cares actually cares about it’s customers.
