    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Seems noone is keen to respond to my complaint on DM to #Airtel. #CEOAirtel should know that Airtel Xtreme doesn't play videos on Android TV when we try playing movies via Lionsgate channel. Disappointing to see it just keeps loading but never plays

    @airtelbank @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Txn id 7052256691537895424 Tried recharging via your payment bank, recharge failed, payment deducted and no refund yet. Can’t complaint through your app, customer care number doesn’t have an option to complain or even talk to any exec.

    This is not good @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you are changing money for your service. Your's service is very poor , iam unable to use internet from past 2 weeks. I had called customer care more than 10 times no one is responding. 🙏👎 Iam totally dissatisfied #airtel

    @JioCare Please note for past 4 months I am repeatedly complaining about internet issue with my post paid connection. The issue is being still not resolved. Every time the customer care person notes the complaint and closes without resolving it. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i am using airtel postpaid platinum family pack . Every month i have 4-5 complaints for network & for data .from the starting but there is no solution from ur end . your customer care agents are talking like lena ha to lo. No response.

    @airtelindia what kind of service in Xtreme fibre you are providing most of the month the net has been off due to anyreason only taking payment from customer but service is worst. Dhanbad, Jharkhand, Hirapur, Chiragora condition is worst from last so many days net is not working

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am getting POS line down message - and am waiting for engineers visit for more than 24 hours now. Not sure when services are going to improve for Airtel!! Time to local internet provider, it seems.
