    @airtelindia please improve your IVRS system. I have a query for which there is no preset option on thanks app nor in the IVRS system. And there is no way I can reach a customer executive. I want to add my email to account for days, but it’s still not done!!

    @airtelindia Since you wont stop till all your customers questions have been answered. I have been a loyal broadband customer for quite a long time. Recently have been facing issues. So I decided to change my network. After I raised for a disconnection request.
