    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Approx 3-4days every month, Airtel has outage and it always take 24hrs+ for the solution, but you charge for complete month, do you have any explanation regarding the same???

    @airtelindia This is the 5th outage in last 3 months ,, that we are suffering 18th Nov 26th Nov 2nd Dec 11th Jan 4th Feb And everytime it has taken more 2-3 days for the services to be up again. Are you going to 1. compensate 2. Fix issues permanently.
