    @airtelindia Horrible service being a Airtel black customer for many years. All my family sims were of Airtel(5). Recently moved from Bangalore to Hyderabad. I have raised a shifting request for broadband 8 days ago which was not fixed till now and yesterday all of a sudden my sim stopped

    @Nivedita_Shan @airtelindia Service is not only bad, along with this, started cheating on the bills with the customer, I am following up since last one month. no hearing. I am a customer for the last 4 yrs, have paid the bill, shown the proof, but not ready to accept it. Very irritating.

    @airtelindia To recover AGR dues the company hiked the postpaid plans arbitrarily.Customer Cares staff is arrogant when called and no reply to mails. GOD SAVE THE COMPANY OF ARROGANT AND DUFFERS.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Still the upload speed is below 1MBPS.Your team also came to my location and Checked the same.They said the upload speed is very poor and it has to be increased by the backend team.till now there is no improvement in speed. please look into this
