  Hello @airtelindia,@Airtel_Presence My phone shows a 5G network while I am at home, but my 4G data keeps getting consumed continuously. This issue does not happen outdoors. If 5G is active, why is my 4G data still being used? Please check the network issue and provide a solution.

  Chances of spotting a dinosaur are higher than getting your problem solved by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Raise a complaint → technician comes → says "can't fix it, please share OTP" → raise another complaint → repeat. And when you're finally done and want to cancel? "Sir, please talk to our senior." 30 minutes on hold just because you made the mistake of choosing Airtel. Then they have the audacity to send a bill for a service they never provided.

  Worst experience with @airtelindia AirFiber.Took the connection in March, never got the promised speed, and spent 3 months with a dismantled setup. After multiple complaints, they said 5G isn’t feasible in my area, removed the connection, and still gave no refund. #airtel #fraud
