    @airtelindia Update: I have cancelled my #Airtel broadband connection, as nobody at Airtel has the ability (or willingness) to send me my invoice before its due date. They would much rather lose an easy customer that renews automatically every year without any effort from their end 1/2

    @Airtel_Presence I was given the solution to change my SIM. I did it while I was travelling to NCR. As soon as I landed in my home cirlce it took 20 mins for Airtel to start showing up network. My other SIM is in the same phone came up in less than 10 seconds. @airtelindia do you have the answer.

    @airtelindia rather than generate a one-page PDF and send it to me. Whoever decided that this is how Airtel billing works and the customer CANNOT be issued an invoice early even upon request (begging!), requires a medal (Or is a plant from a competitor, because this is how you lose custom!)

    @airtelindia So we did the recharge again of the same amount, and according to them they have initiated the refund on Dec 13 but today on Jan 16 he didn't receive any refund. He had contacted every possible way to the Airtel but no one solved this problem till now.

    Pathetic service by @airtelindia A simple sim swap is taking 4 days, it's too much mental torture to customer. The Magrpatta Pune store has gone low in all levels of customer service but no sorry face. I have been associated with Airtel for many years but this is the end of it.
