@Airtel_Presence Even after 12 hous i havent recieved any call from Airtel regaridng Airtel Black while my lead was already generated on 11th. I will change the service provider after such pathetic service . #Shame @airtelindia

@airtelindia after you lodge a complain the engineer who will visit your place he is clueless what exactly is the issue he will start making you understand such things which has no logic in it still I have not got my issue fix i don't know what exactly should i do

@airtelindia i m using a airtel from last couple of years before i was using a Vodafone I switched here just for better network and good internet ,lol its worst more then that whenever tried to connect with customers service they say your queries will resolve shortly.#airtel

Frequent disconnection issue with @Airtel_Presence broadband. Never faced this in my office where I'm using it for last 13 yrs. Probably bcoz in a hurry to install before @reliancejio came in Parel, they left the cables hanging & hence the issue. Pl resolve @airtelindia

@airtelindia I shared 3 days back all proof of payment for broadband+ mobile for 6+ 1 month free. Despite that suddenly internet and mobile stopped working and received monthly bill as well. Now trying to postpone matter time and again. Poor customer service

@airtelindia I am not sure why anyone would wait 4 days to get their Internet connection resolved where as other operators provide new connection in 2 hours. Very pathetic service from your support team. 136341196 has been open from 3 days and I had to call 6 times for nothing.

@airtelindia Regarding grievance no 2935593 on the national consumer helpline, one lady from airtel called me in the morning. She agreed to disconnect and refund the amount. But in the description of complaint closure, she has not written about the refund. Can you confirm me?
