    @Airtel_Presence pathethic service I have to buy sim card from outside and pay rs. 50/- for processing so I have to pay rs. 50/- for card and rs. 50/- for processing and the executive is saying wait for 7 days to have free card otherwise spend money. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Why this network is becoming so difficult to use that you have to wait for jio wifi. Everytime to get network you have to refresh network. Kindly help if possible

    @airtelindia worst service do not take connection from this company I gave 4000 rs for broadband connection now they are not giving me connection by saying that line is too far so to take connection I have to give extra money to them and now I don’t want it they are not refunding

    @airtelindia There is a very bad network, it doesn't matter if you complain too many times, only false promises are made every time we are working, but in reality no work is done.

    @airtelindia Facing very bad network issue.. couldnt place even call or use mobile data.. Having this experience for nearly 3-4 months. Network is not working even after the complaint.. Its not as if they shown in ads.. Network coverage is too bad..

    @gayatri008_16 @airtelindia It’s just not Airtel all networks are the same. The main problem is when Jio started sharing the network with other providers instead of their own in most of the regions.

    Facing severe network & call issues for 5 days now. Raised complaint on Airtel Thanks app, resolution given as May 5. Paid ₹859 but no proper service. Spoke to escalation team Shreya and the response was: “You have to go through it.” This is unacceptable. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence its been 15hrs that wifi connection is down which is impacting daily work. Its been a regular phenomenon with airtel. You guys never hesitate to levy penalty in late bill payment then a cx sud gt waiver for the service downtime too.
