    Worst xstream fiber service ever given by airtel to customers...after calling customer care they said their executive come next day ...that means we wait for near 12 hours to resolve internet issue..this is very bad ..and worst service. @airtelindia @JioCare

    @airtelindia It has come to my notice that a photo of some other person is registered for my number with my KYC! Which is the reason I’m unable to replace my damaged sim! This is a #fraud with the customer as well as @DoT_India it’s gross negligence of #TRAI norms #Airtelfraud

    @JioCare @airtelindia Sir, I have already twittered on same platform that who will give proper service at our place will get number of customers. Jio also not works at our place. A single file on WhatsApp of 10 kb takes time of 1 min to download and for call we have to come out from home

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Airtel Xstream Fiber relocation issue – extremely poor service. I shifted from Nanganallur to Mylapore on June 6. On the same day, Airtel disconnected my connection and collected all equipment. Till today (June 14), WiFi is NOT installed at the new location despite multiple complaints and daily follow-ups. Every day I’m told “engineer will come today” but no one shows up. DTH was fixed after several days, but Fiber is still pending for 9 days. This is unacceptable.     @airtelindia my Dad was trying to migrate from physical to e-sim yesterday night. His phone stopped showing network immediately and learnt his e-sim process got cancelled. His phone has no service since last night. Customer service could not help, stores are closed. Please Help!

    Hi @airtelindia I have moved to New Zealand and need to change the country of my Apple ID. However, I'm unable to do so because an Apple TV+ subscription linked through my Airtel plan . I cannot find any option in the Airtel Thanks app to cancel it. Can you help in this please.
