    @airtelindia There is a very bad network, it doesn't matter if you complain too many times, only false promises are made every time we are working, but in reality no work is done.

    @JioCare @airtelindia Sir, I have already twittered on same platform that who will give proper service at our place will get number of customers. Jio also not works at our place. A single file on WhatsApp of 10 kb takes time of 1 min to download and for call we have to come out from home

    @BSNLCorporate Fiber Broadband is down 75% of the day, EVERYDAY. Even after complaining this to the officials they refuse to take any action against it. Extremely Infuriating. I'd be glad to switch to @airtelindia if it was available in my area, @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Facing very bad network issue.. couldnt place even call or use mobile data.. Having this experience for nearly 3-4 months. Network is not working even after the complaint.. Its not as if they shown in ads.. Network coverage is too bad..

    @Ankur2570 @airtelindia #shameonyouAirtel4G airtel it self dont have full supporting infrastructure. i also want to use wifi calling service and have all thing req. for wifi calling. my handset supports the same service and i have used this service with @reliancejio. airtel unable to provide same

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Poor service! My Wi-Fi relocation request ID: 21-171828717739 was delayed due to a building update issue, which was fixed immediately via customer care. Engineer postponed it again and is now unreachable. Please resolve urgently.

    @airtelindia is silent to my allegations, means answer is simple airtel is forcing it's employees to convert prepaid customers to postpaid. I guess it's time to say #byebyeairtel I will make sure to convert all my remaining sims to other service providers. #thanksairtel

    @airtel_presence @airtelindia WiFi has the worst disconnection process. No online cancellation, multiple support calls, repeated questions, and constant attempts to avoid processing the disconnection. Cancelling a service shouldn't be this hard.

    @airtelindia @airtel_wifi @Airtel_Presence I am an Airtel Wi-Fi user. Indoor mobile network coverage is poor, so I purchased Wi-Fi mainly to use Wi-Fi Calling. However, for the last 3 days, Airtel Wi-Fi has not been supporting Wi-Fi Calling.

    @airtelindia pursues predatory techniques and uses digital infrastructure to prioritise benefits rather than providing services. 1) There is no option of service to discontinue for Wifi. 2) They suspend the service and still charge money.
