    @BSNLCorporate Fiber Broadband is down 75% of the day, EVERYDAY. Even after complaining this to the officials they refuse to take any action against it. Extremely Infuriating. I'd be glad to switch to @airtelindia if it was available in my area, @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia have 3 airtel postpaid connections & I am not even getting 2g data with lots of call drop.Have registered a complaint but no fedback till now.please don't force me for port out as I would like to continue with airtel.

    @airtelindia worst service do not take connection from this company I gave 4000 rs for broadband connection now they are not giving me connection by saying that line is too far so to take connection I have to give extra money to them and now I don’t want it they are not refunding

    @TRAI what does one needs to do to get network of service provider whom an individual is regularly paying bills? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - There is such poor network that I cannot even call customer care. I have been missing so many work related calls. This is pathetic.

    @airtelindia Worst service ever. Had paid for a one year plan on dth. They changed it to a different subscription and it ended in 7 months. No way to contact customer care. And no follow ups. Terrible.
