    @reliancejio @airtelindia why don't you provide internet services in our location? The ISP here in my city are here too loot up the people they charge for annual package then after 2 months ***** us with their worst service

    @airtelindia call drops, irritating noise while call gets connectivity, slowest internet speed. The list of complaints doesn't end and company doesn't care at all @DoT_India despite many tweets regarding slow net speed, never received any call. This shows how much they care

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia one of the warst customer service. Complaint raised on 4 Feb 2022 was closed without giving complete resolution so same was re-opened of 16th Feb 2022 but yet to receive resolution for @ airtel team

    @airtelindia took an stream fiber broadband plan on 24thmay. 1599 plan with WiFi and xstream box. Till date only WiFi has been setup, no stb. Your customer support doesnt help. Your sales person doesnt respond. Terrible service. False claims for sales.
