    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if one wants new SIM it's delivered at your doorstep. And if you want to replace your SIM you need to visit the store. Existing customers are less important to telecom companies. Discrimination is what you get for being loyal customer for years

    @reliancejio @JioCare : The most ridiculous eSIM transfer service in this world. I am forced to keep my old phone just to cope up with your inefficiency. The same process took 10 mins for @airtelindia This deserves a PIL in court of law since I will loose sales value of old phone

    @Airtel_Presence I have registered my complaint 3 times in the during Dec2021 to Jan 2022, I was asked to wait for 4 hours, 3 days and 10 days respectively. And all the three times the complaint was closed without even resolving the issue. @airtelindia @airtelnews
