Request to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’m using Airtel 4G service from long time as noticed that as 5G is spreading all over here and I haven’t updated yet to 5G and don’t want to. But because of this 4G speed is dropped down and I’m not even load a single google page😥

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Airtel has an army of fools as their customer care representatives and territory managers treat themselves as kings and customers as beggars. Airtel black priority service is a big fraud.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what's the use of postpaid connection just pay the bills. Never works properly. Everyone who call on airtel number complains it's not getting connected or either switched off. Despite restarted phone and signal in full but no use.

@airtelindia please help-my friend is facing problem with your unreasonable services. Company has deactivated the sim and asking too much for verification process. His family members lives in remote area and he is not able to connect them or transfer the money. #disappointed

@airtelindia From Last 3 days my 4G internet service is not working..called customer care many times but they didn't response satisfactory. I had registered complaint about it. My service req no. CALCG3CHD20220924672181 & expected date from your team is 04.oct.2022....resolve it.

@airtelindia i have been complaining for my router change since 3 months due to disconnection issues, but still didn't get any resolution from airtel xtreme fiber service.. Its very disappointing service from ur side, so please initiate the process for changing my router..

@HathwayBrdband Again the same issue. Your app doesn't work, your customer care number is of no use. No internet since morning. Can you resolve this and provide a permanent solution? Or shall all of us (45+ users) in one Block move to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet ?
