@airtelindia pathetic services of dth, got the error with dish antina rectified by paying service charge however in 2 days same problem occur and service provider asking to pay charge again. Very unethical and irritating. After multiple calls also not ready to come and fix.

@airtelindia worst service. I called customer service for issue and IVR told wait time is 5 min. I waited for more than 10 min then IVR said executives are busy and disconnected the call. What a way to serve the customers. Amd if we switch then you keep calling and disturbing!!!
