An appreciation post for @airtelindia support. I had not even finished my call at the contact center when my complaint was assigned to and engineer Narendra and i even got a call from him. He arrived within minutes, assesses the situation and got the issue rectified. #kudos

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in any case there is nothing to contact call me when this issue is resolved other service providers like bsnl are offering speed even higher than what they claim in jst 599/- pm so why should i pay 799/- for a speed which i m not even able to get???

@karthikprs @airtelindia @airtelindia it is just not about mobile network, the broadband service is very spotty lately with frequent interruptions during weekdays and office hours. Since we do not have mobile network, we are heavily dependent on the wi-fi to di calls as well.
