    @airtelindia I think @TRAI or whatever body is regulating should strictly scrutinize the ground reality of users. They can simply check how much fluctuations people face while using the network for calling or data. Im paying 3-4 times for the service I'm getting, now they want us to pay more

    @airtelindia signed up for priority postpaid but now it says my 5G SA enabled handset running the latest software version isn't ready as it does not support SA. I find that hard to believe as Jio sim runs just fine. Can this be looked into?

    3/6 I am a long-standing Airtel customer with multiple Airtel services, including broadband and postpaid connections. As a loyal customer, I expected a technical resolution and transparency—not a mandatory upsell for a feature request. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
