    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if one wants new SIM it's delivered at your doorstep. And if you want to replace your SIM you need to visit the store. Existing customers are less important to telecom companies. Discrimination is what you get for being loyal customer for years

    @airtelindia I bought a postpaid connection with DTH connection, DTH was not installed but the charges were added in bill amount, I called Airtel customer care many times to reverse the extra charges and exclude the DTH connection but no resolution.Pls drop the service 7777068992
