    @airtelindia such bad customer service. Have asked for an upgradation of setup box service.. till now no one bothered to call back for installation or updates. It has been over 24hrs. I think its time for a shift to other operators. @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews #TV

    @airtelindia we have a broadband connection with you in our office, it is one of the worst service ever. The network drops every 30 mins or so and all the work goes for a toss. Being in the generation where everything is online, Airtel is degrading it's service day by day.

    @DishTV_India Worst service after sale. No one bother to get the installation done. I'm trapped to all the false promises. Rude sales executive, no help on customer care. Better to go with @airtelindia for better service. Atleast they care and value their customers.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews R u planning to wind it up soon? The service has become absolutely pathetic. WiFi shifting request hs been pendng for more than 12 days without any resolutn. Despite repeated follow-ups there has been no proper response, or accountability from Airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence I am unable to make outgoing calls. My phone settings show call barring is OFF, but Airtel announcement says “call barring is on” while calling. Tried restarting and resetting settings but issue still persists. Please resolve urgently. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Airtel’s customer care is a complete joke. An issue with internet was raised 4 days ago. Resolution was promised in 24hours, then additional 24 hrs then another 24 hrs ultimately they marked my ticket complete without even a hint.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As suggested, I kept the router switched off for around 30–40 minutes and now the internet is connected again. But I’m not sure why this issue keeps happening repeatedly. If this continues regularly, it’s going to create a lot of problems.
