    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if one wants new SIM it's delivered at your doorstep. And if you want to replace your SIM you need to visit the store. Existing customers are less important to telecom companies. Discrimination is what you get for being loyal customer for years

    @airtelindia we have a broadband connection with you in our office, it is one of the worst service ever. The network drops every 30 mins or so and all the work goes for a toss. Being in the generation where everything is online, Airtel is degrading it's service day by day.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia  I m an airtel user. I m using airtel from last 2 yrs. Since I ported my nmbr from Vodafone to Airtel, I m getting worst network issues I hardly get a single ntwrk in my phone when I m at home. I live in Malang Gully Behram pada Bandra E 9769986408.

Forget business ethics, you guys don’t seem to have even basic decency !!Call me back or I’m discontinuing all ur services including ur 1GBPS fiber at the end of this billing cycle. Got enough alternatives in market.

    Why there is zero network of @airtelindia in Bombay Hospital, Mumbai? Please don't ask location, the hospital itself is a landmark. It is creating additional trouble to Drs, patients and their attendants. Please do something @Airtel_Presence. FYI VodaIdea is working fine inside.

    I called up the nodal office of @airtelindia and the customer care informed me that there is no option of optical fibre in my society. Called up Airtel for new connection and within 4 hours new connection installed! @Airtel_Presence you are pathetic and your services are crap

    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence I use Airtel Wi-Fi My connection went off yesterday Ticket No. 11028079464 you fixed it today cannot be fixed once fixed after sometime the issue comes back 1:30 pm it was fixed 6pm again no connection can you fix this

    @airtelindia my phone number 9765729261 I know you have data of vendor who have completed MPN because he also do the face authentication once customer authentication completed either you ask him recharge or refund my money. Because make my recharge yesterday from my own pocket.

    Customer care had arranged multiple call backs for me but I have never received one. They wanted proofs on mail, which I submitted. They wanted 72hrs then 48hr again and then again 24hrs yet no call back or any issue resolution. Is @airtelindia really working on the issues ?
