    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, Location Mumbai, Gavanpada, where most of the plants are there, Airtel Network availablity is an issue. Call drops. No range when inside premises. Can't have 4G data services affecting the business. Please see for a strong presence.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if one wants new SIM it's delivered at your doorstep. And if you want to replace your SIM you need to visit the store. Existing customers are less important to telecom companies. Discrimination is what you get for being loyal customer for years

Forget business ethics, you guys don’t seem to have even basic decency !!Call me back or I’m discontinuing all ur services including ur 1GBPS fiber at the end of this billing cycle. Got enough alternatives in market.

    @TRAI Please make consumer complaints looked into seriously and make the communication providers to provide compensation for the days the services are down like how the western countries do. @airtelindia is having poor customer support.
