    @airtelindia we have a broadband connection with you in our office, it is one of the worst service ever. The network drops every 30 mins or so and all the work goes for a toss. Being in the generation where everything is online, Airtel is degrading it's service day by day.

    @airtelindia worst network , i am using airtel from last 18 years but now thinking to switch my number with any other better service provider. There is no network in my area which is just in Mumbai city .Unable to perform any banking transactions. I did not getting otp also.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank Pls activate my existing sim which is replaced few hrs back still it is not active. That is my official no and unable to make any calls. Activation take this much time ?? How many days you need! Extremely Poor service.

    Voice quality over FaceTime (audio) or WhatsApp call is so much better, I wonder why the cellphone providers bother providing regular cellular voice service at all. Cross-carrier calls need to upgrade to HD quality soon. @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    Airtel Xstream Fiber issue unresolved since May 5, 2026. Multiple complaints raised, but still no fix or proper ETA. Due to repeated downtime and poor support, planning to disconnect and move to another provider. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    I had an issue with @airtelindia broadband once. They asked me to raise a ticket in the Airtel Thanks app. Since the wifi was not working, I was connected to my 4G network. In the app, when I went to the wifi section to raise the ticket, I was asked to connect to the WiFi network. But since the wifi was down, I could not test the connection through the app. Then I switched off the wifi toggle and connected back on mobile data. Then the connection testing started, while I was on Mobile data and the connection was successful. Then the airtel app showed that "Your network is working fine. Thanks for using the airtel app".

    @airtelindia I’m using your SIM on my iPhone. Calling is working but the internet is not working at all despite having an active Unlimited 5G recharge. I’ve restarted the phone, checked settings, and reinserted the SIM, but still no internet. Customer care is also not connecting.

    @airtelindia I shared my number, shared screenshot of complaint number in DM. your backend department calls are being blocked by your Airtel services. Your team is not able to call me and not able to reopen my internet issue. I am getting this kind of service in Patna City. 🤔

    @airtelindia very underwhelming experience with the xstream tc set top box. The voice search for channels are not available, though JIO has had this feature since atleast last 3 years. Waiting for JIO to start service in my apartment. Will switch
