    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This has been faced since day 1 of postpaid connection ,more than 15days. No benefit of getting postpaid, This issue is on every location, Shouldn't have ported out from Jio @reliancejio @JioCare to Airtel, just needed postpaid so had to .. regret my decision

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Disappointed with Airtel DTH customer support. Zero knowledge. Recharge done but showing no balance. Nobody from call center knows what to do. Disappointing !!!

    Have been waiting 2 days for @airtelindia broadband technicians to come for installation. So keen to get your money but pathetic service! Representatives lying to me, giving timelines and not meeting them. Went with airtel for speedy service but this is just unacceptable!
