    @airtelindia Pathetic customer service. My 8 year old airtel no. Stopped working randomly a month ago. Being asked to travel to original Delhi circle to rectify issue which i did but to no avail. Airtel is just sending automated emails. Requesting @airtelindia to please help me!

    @airtelindia does not allow me to change IVR language, which by default, they have made Hindi. There is no option in IVR, calling up customer care did not help. They are asking me to visit a physical Airtel service center. #StopHindilmposition

    @airtelindia I have raised a complaint regarding a bill for my postpaid connection. Your team is constantly asking me to clear my bill before they can help me. How do you expect me to clear the bill when the whole issue is with the bill😑 On top of that your app never works!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The worst customer service ever witnessed, Wifi is down for more than 56 hrs and the customer care is just asking us to wait for 4 hrs every time we call, this is not how a customer should be treated. Very disappointing from a customer's perspective.
