    @airtelindia application number- 05424810195 Xstream fiber new connection. Have to wait a lot, it has been four days, payment has been made but installation is not done yet. Company says installation will be done in 72 hours but here it has been 142 hours. bad service disappointed #Airtel

    @airtelindia Airtel broadband is down for the past 4 days and there has been no callback or visit from technician despite raising a complaint 4 days ago. Customer care gives same standard response that they will send someone in 4 hours. Very poor handling of customer issues.
