@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel has certainly has bad recharge policy. My experiences in past is not good as I have done recharge but pack didn't got activated. They have pathetic CC on IVR as you keep pressing for options but your call will never get connected.

@airtelindia today is last day of my service validity & when trying to stop auto-debit using *121*777# I get the following error "Invalid (empty) response" I dont want any amt to be auto-debited, how do I cancel? Isnt it possible to dial *121*777# during service validity period?
