    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been calling Airtel customer care on 198 and it seems like calls are getting routed to Pakistan. I spoke with 2 of your representatives and the kind of language barrier they have seema like that they are Pakistanis.... What a Hll😡😡

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Every employee is writing to elaborate my issue.When everything has been inform earlier. How many times i will repeat the same thing. I am waiting for investigation report as assured by Airtel employee Rahul to wait for 48 hours.

    @airtelindia Airtel does not have any SLA to fix any network issues. They transfer between technical, wiring teams and take 3 days or more to rectify. Think twice before booking Airtel Xstream Fiber. Ask them about SLA to fix issue, not customer support response time.
