    @2_D_MooN @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia U have been scammed. In a way. Airtel's recharges are not same.For some users they give 28days while others are given with just 24.And the worst part information provided in their own app is not reliable. U just recharge and hope for the said benefits. It's a gamble with Airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence horrible service...have raised multiple complaint still no proper resolution team literally Don't care. Talking to your customer care is one big task in itself On the app the complaint is closed in 15 days without any resolution @BandBajaateRaho

    Thinking about moving to Airtel ? Give this a read. A simple unbundling of Airtel black plan has been pending since Nov 2022 to move to jio, 50+ mint hold by rep, getting hung up on, Customer service at its best. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia I'm seeing sim issues. The sim in my phone all of a sudden gets deactivated. When I restart it, it works for some time and the issues repeates again. I tried to call 198 and no one responds!!
