  @airtelindia Why u team blaming covid r u given weavers to customers or any other add on benifits to Airtel customer no simply mis using indian citizens n there money. If same calculate each customer all over India that amount u should give charity's for Corona for those many days.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. What a nonsense internet at KR Nagara. It's shame on Airtel that such a cheating to customer there a necessary action should take from central govt with penalty. Worst service no net no service first taking money n no one is ready for solution

  @airtelindia has the worst customer service. You cannot get on a call with customer service team and the airtel thanks app and itd chatbot is useless. Also, my wifi connection got over and thry have started billing me monthly without even asking me.

  Still no proper response by @airtelindia shows the level of service. I pay almost Rs 14000 a year to these guys for their WiFi, and this is the level of service. Now, I won’t pay my bill this month till my money is refunded, and make sure to get rid of their expensive Internet.

  @airtelindia @reliancejio Unable to reach nodal or appellate authorities either despite waiting for almost 3 months for resolution, as I don't have a request ID. Was just speaking to supervisor Pragati and she put in on hold and disconnected the call

  @airtelindia when u can't provide IPTV services to your existing airtel one customer, then don't offer them , it's been 1 week since I requested for IPTV , till now your whole airtel team unable to generate order yet , despite full bill paid in advance , anyways tata dth much better then , @airtelnews Disgusting

  Today, I ported my SIM from Jio to Airtel, but unfortunately the experience has been frustrating so far. I’m unable to send or receive SMS, and the internet connection is also facing serious issues. Only calling seems to be working properly. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

  Hey @airtelindia, Is there anybody in your company who has accountability w.r.t customer issues and ensure that the services work with minimal disruption ?. Right in the heart of Chennai, one of the biggest metropolitan cities in India, you are not able to manage wifi services w.o frequent disconnections .. total disconnection for last 24 hrs, which has happened a dozen times in 3 months. Remember your are a listed company. You need to get your act right when even our **** have become more efficient. #airtel @Airtel_Presence

  @max_matrix1 @airtelindia Airtel fiber is worst service, you can try jiofiber or bsnl fiber.
