    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @rsprasad I live 3 kms away from Madikeri city and inorder to get network I need to hold my mobile above head level.They send timely messages for making recharge but fail to provide prompt service. Whom should I contact now? Uff...5G Duniya??

    @airtelindia this is a request for installing airtel network tower for a place called karike near bhagamandala in kodagu district of Karnataka.Pincode is 571247. People here don't have proper network coverage to communicate. I'm eagerly waiting for your response.

    One of the worst services from one week they say there is a network congestion and will be resolved in 4 hours and the issue remains unresolved nor ticket raised for Airtel black customer.Will you repay for the disrupted service days? @airtelindia

    This is pathetic @airtelindia I have received no response from your team but I can see the workers trying the fix the pole outside. This is no way your fix as I and other airtel customers have been in call with agents, hence the visit by them. You guys are pathetic

    @TRBRajaa @airtelindia @reliancejio is worse. It used to be the best but now it's barely functional. I'm literally unable to use Teams in their 4G anymore. 5G is very patchy too. This isn't a problem customer care can solve. Needs network overhaul.

    Shame on @airtelindia . Days of repetitive replies, zero accountability, and no real resolution. When customers raise genuine concerns, they're met with copy-paste responses until they give up. This isn't customer service,it's ignoring customers. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Issue in Cast using Airtek wifi since longtime and customer service is not helping. Router was changes from ZTE to NOKIA for frequent internet disconenciton issue and that create this new problem and team is not helping at all.
