    @airtelindia I can't thank you guys for your wonderful service from last 1 week I made payment for airfiber and dth connection but to my suprise they say we don't have material to do installations ! Seriously 1 week to install airfiber ?

    @airtelindia @airtelnews And to avoid this, I got an Airtel Wi-Fi installed and your engineer said that there will be no such problem in it, your internet will work but even the Wi-Fi's internet is not working, I am troubled since 2 months. Please let us know whether your network will be fine or not?

    Ordered n Airtel UPS over a week ago. Contacted customer support 3 times, n each time I was promised a callback within an hour. Never happened. No delivery. No resolution. I wfh, and these power outages are affecting my work and putting my job at risk.resolve asap @airtelindia

    Highly irresponsible and worst service of Airtel wifi in Bhopal. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence almost 22 days and no response or resolution. Thanks, in future would ensure that none of my family/ friends subscribe this.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel has become one of the worst service provider. I am a AIRTEL BLACK subscriber and still I face challenges every day from your services. There is no accountability from your team. It seems I need to switch to other provider.

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting frequently. I've raised this issue multiple times, but every ticket gets closed without any proper resolution. This has become extremely frustrating. Please stop closing complaints without fixing the actual problem and resolve this issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel.. My sim has stopped working & replacement sim received from airtel store also not activated after more than 17 hrs. Customer care says need to wait till 19th July..... This is the service level for issuing new sim
