@airtelindia I never expected this kind of worst experience from your side. I have been using the your services from past 5 years and I opted for prepaid services in 2020 and till now am using it but am having multiple issues no body helped to resolve this issue.

@airtelindia I port my sim in just one week before and I don't get any calls and any message . I get internet because I use my home wifi . My mobile network automatically ❌ down . Very bad experience Airtel service in Delhi . Company only doing advertisement 5G 5G . Worst service

@airtelindia By and large my experience with Airtel has been pleasant. The staff are courteous and cooperative. However, there is one problem for which I am not able to get a solution. So, I am posting it here in the hope that some senior person from Airtel will respond.

@Airtel_Presence @TRAI @airtelindia I raised a request for broadband installation last week. Your employee said it will be installed by Tuesday and then Friday. I’ve already paid for three months. But nothing has been done. Your customer care is absolutely useless. I can’t even reach an exec.

@airtelindia after paying for a unlimited call pack now we are told that to call on certain number we have to top-up balance. Just earning money. Should instead focus on internet which is pathetic as ur whole service and company 😡🤬 No option to speak with CC representative 😣😠
