@airtelindia customer care no 121 does not work, either it takes you to listen their Black plan Or enter Prepaid mobile number. How will postpaid existing customer do contact customer care? Are existing postpaid customer does not have any worth to @Airtel_Presence.

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence bought an intl roaming pack but getting only 2g speed for the last 4 days. Cannot use internet at all. Reinserting SIM and manual network selection did not work. Only about 0.6 gb of 5 gb used so have not crossed data limit. Pls help

@AwanishSharan @AwanishSharan sir since it was you as in an IAS officer so atleast they @airtelindia cared to reply. Me as a customer is suffering since long by their 4th class services and they have been ignoring time and again since last November. Poorest services that one can experience!

Never use @airtelindia any type of connections or recommend any person , poor network connections or internet speed.I complaint several times but they didn't even take a single action on it Very dissatisfied as a consumer of @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence solve my problem asap

Worst Service..@airtelindia Worst service.Raised request to shift connection,ticket id:-10046254559.Till no luck. Multiple times I called customer service,they are giving false commitment. Which is ridiculous!!! Totally disappointed.
