@JioCare It's more than 24 hours and you are not able to resolve single issue......i don't know how "customer experience" is your top most priority...... @airtelindia would have installed new connection in same time but you are not able to service existing customer.

@airtelnews @airtelindia The signal of Airtel Xtreme is so weak in houses in Mumbai that it does not work in the corners of a small flat of around 800 sq ft. Pathetic responses in a mechanical way by social media team. No resolution for poor signals.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Thanks for the wifi installation. But would have been more kind if you had good customer care facility. The problem is coming since the installation has been done and no response is being taken even after complaining.

@airtelindia Airtel No more trustworthy, Rs.1799/- paid on 25/02/23 through Airtel app to recharge my Sim, amount deducted from bank but recharge not done by Airtel. Complaint made to 121, escalation table, email, also to nodal officer, but neither they are replying nor refunding the amount.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia false promise of same day installation is given but not kept up by your sales representative. Now without broadband my official day got wasted. Regreting now for my decision to switch from @tataplayfiber. Cancel my order and refund my payment
