    @airtelindia @airtelnews @AjayChitkara2, I'm an Airtel black plan user. incoming call on my postpaid number has stopped.While my outgoing call in On. When someone is calling me then an error message is "number not in use". But the Airtel team doesn't have any solution from 2 days

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your 121 helpline and the bot in app is useless. A person who is not in the wifi network cannot raise complaints if wifi is not working. 121 just repeats about rebooting and bot cannot find account details. Such a crap system.

    Airtel need to improve many process as per current requirement. They should divide support process for individual and corporate separately. Even From last one year I don't know my RM.This is level of communication for which corporate is paying. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
