    @airtelindia apke customer care executive itne bekar hai ki ham kya bole. Maine network ke complaint k liye call Kiya to unhone sim postpaid kar diya jb sim ko prepaid ke liye bola to sim ko de activate kr diya. Same on @airtelindia

    @airtelindia in which era you are customer support. Since Thursday noon (4th June 2026) we don’t have internet and multiple times I have called Airtel and I am getting same response that issue will solved shortly. Deeply frustrated on the support and recovery. ETA sill ???

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst service in Sector 55 Gurgaon ever. 3rd time router down in same flat. People don't answer phones for days, then say they fell sick after coming to my flat. 2 people relocated. No resolution for days. Worst service ever. Period.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This issue has been pending for days and I am still waiting for a proper resolution. Airtel has informed me that the number is active under my name, yet when I call that number, another person answers. This is a serious security concern.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Is it so hard to get an IPTV ,you have already unblinded my Airtel black and took my full payment and now I have no dth as well after 38 customer representative calls still nobody care to provide any update

    The next call will be to #telecomRegulatoryAuthorityofIndia with a legal notice and complaint in @jagograhakjago ....@TelecomIN please look into the harassment by @airtelindia as they are charging me despite repeated requests for disconnecting and numerous calls

    I have already contacted customer care on 198, but no resolution has been provided. Despite paying twice, my number is effectively unusable. This is unacceptable. How can a customer be charged for services that are not being provided? @airtelindia
