    Not sure who are the engineers built chat bot for #airtelthanks app. But they need to learn and test their bot properly to handle faq. Exaggeration of ML/AI in the name of developing pathetic chat bot won't make better Engineers. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia give better service.

    @vikasbara @airtelindia @vikasbara Please tell me also how you logged complained this airtel is very frustrated I raised my network coverage issue so so long but they didn't respond on email, phone call and now not on twitter. They dont worry about customers.

    @airtelindia If applications in your customer care are not working to take down the complaints, why attending the calls to say ‘call later’; can’t you note down the issues in spreadsheet and start to rectify.. no Plan B ???

    Again network outage in @airtelindia Xtream Fiber connection. Now it's happening frequently. Faced outage near about 10 times in last week. The best part, no one is responding to my query, including @Airtel_Presence #AirtelDown

    I'm facing problem to send money from airtel payment bank.I requested to customer care executive more than 50 times as sending copy of aadhar card but not unfreeze my account yet thats a very poor response from a high level company @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelpayment1

    @airtelindia : xstream stopped working twice in 4 days, 121 is not registering complaints as their server is down!I will appreciate if u can put some efforts to resolve this immediately!
