@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Router stops working suddenly. Mobiles get disconnected automatically. Teams says cannot connect even when broadband is connected. A headache for the last 15 days. I am planning to go to office and work as @Airtel it seems has decided to kill the #WFH culture at my home. Sucks

I have complained more than 200 times in 1.5 years to airtel customer care, in airtel app and also in twitter but I did not get any solution, they think what will happen even if one user is gone @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence The poorest of @airtelindia service is in Bangalore it seems. With Airtel broadband for 6 years and this is the first time we are using this third class broadband from Airtel. Abysmally poor to say the least. Comes and goes off at own whims. Devices do not connect to router.

If i would have done half number of complaints to @airtelindia they surely had solved the problem by installing new required equipment on nearby towers or installing a new tower. But in ur case you just call after 10days to tell we can't do anything we do not have [4]
