@airtelindia despite having my account put on safe custody as I was away, I have been charged for my monthly plan bill plus now you've also added the safe custody amount on top of it, is this some kind of joke? Your customer sevice abruptly disconnected my call. very pathetic

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your pack price is hike by 20 % and every week And some time 2 or 3 times in a week a message come from your side that you have some technical issue that the service is affected, Kindly make proper customer service .
