    Still no solution, no sync in betwn your dept. I have been talked 4-5 person but each have their diff. reply on same.old IP was surrendered 4 months back but still your a/c dept charging it on my every bill. Do l switch to other ISP like Jio or excitel ? @airtelindia @airtelnews

    I had a very bad experience with @airtelindia i took #airtelblack plan and they promised to dilever 40 Mbps speed but they didn't and then I cancelled my plan so they promised to give my excess amount of 1045.05/- but it's more then 4 months they didn't gave that money

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 3 times outage in a week, not acceptable..Why do you want me to work in office in mid night? How come you are not able to resolve on same day?

    @airtelindia I tried many times to talk your customer care agent but couldn't. I think it is time to switch my network to others. Very bad service from airtel.
