@airtelindia I am sorry to note essential services like toll free number is blocked in airtel connections I am unable to call any of my bank toll free number , tatasky number etc . It's very customer unfriendly effort of airtel . Have to port my number only for this . @TRAI

@airtelindia Why do you not have any human responding to emails? Your email #bot keeps asking me to call 121, which does not have an option to talk to a human! The IVR on 121 tells me that my inactive number will get activated if I recharge; it doesn't work!
