@airtelindia I am sorry to note essential services like toll free number is blocked in airtel connections I am unable to call any of my bank toll free number , tatasky number etc . It's very customer unfriendly effort of airtel . Have to port my number only for this . @TRAI

1. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Incident SR 10054181026 raised yesterday morning at 9AM regarding broadband issue, I have received msg with person name with 11AM as resolution time. But no call or person arrived and incident has been closed automatically stating issue resolved.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The data connection on mobile is down for multiple times since last one hour. Randomly connecting to EDGE, not even 3G. Connecting Customer support using 198 took more than 5 mins and learnt that it will be like that till 6PM. #AirtelDown

@airtelindia good way of looting your loyal customers. If you can't get broadband wifi connection installed at customer's place , why charge the amount in advance? Atleast don't pester the loyal customers for once. #PatheticServices
