While the WiFi was activated, the TV service has still not been installed and started, yet I have been billed for both services and called customer care so many times and called the person who booked the connection.

Despite multiple calls and repeated 24-hour assurances from customer care and supervisors, there is still no resolution. Disappointed by the lack of accountability.
