    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 72+ hr deadlock for Account 20006565731 (Escalation #1-178963246926). A stuck backend order blocks creating a new request, yet support loops on feasibility. 5+ yrs Airtel Black customer getting runarounds & fake mutes. Fix it!
