    @airtelindia I have ported my SIM from Jio to Airtel. Today it's been done successfully, but I am unable to access internet during calls because VoLTE options is not showing, even I have enabled in my settings. Customer Care Numbers are not responding M:9353966377 D:Poco X2

    @airtelindia There is NO option to: • Connect with a real customer care executive • Register a complaint on call • Register a complaint on the Airtel app This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Please resolve this urgently.

    Despite branding themselves as "India’s 1st Spam fighting network", @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is one of the most network which generates most spam with useless calls. I have complained to them multiple times from past 6 months and no action taken by @Airtel_Presence .

    @airtelindia Have put a Wifi shifting request since 30th of June. No one reached me out till date. Planning to switching into another operator as service is not provided on due time.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very strange and a classic example of a reputed company being managed by 3rd class customer service team who doesn't care about customer grievances. Pls respond to my query. Don't cheat on your local customers.

    All pls beware if you switch on international roaming, Airtel will rip you off even if you use only incoming sms facility for otp. They could charge me bcz I'm on postpaid. If I was prepaid customer, they couldn't hv looted me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia raised ticket for wi-fi issue in app.I was given 9th June 9.30-10.30 am. Found that the neigbours too face the issue. Qs: When entire locality faces issue, why airtel could not detect automatically? How do you claim 24x7 service after giving 36 hrs wait time?

    @airtelindia Internet unusable since 06 June despite 5G signal. Complaint raised, resolution pushed to 23 June. Full charges collected, no proper response. How are customers expected to work, bank and make UPI payments without internet?

    Dear @airtelindia My SIM is not getting any signal. I visited the Airtel office, and I was told that my SIM can only be reactivated if I convert it to a postpaid connection. They also said that re-KYC cannot be done on my prepaid SIM. Can someone please clarify this

    Extremely disappointed with Airtel's service and customer support.I recharged my number with the ₹348 plan, but my incoming, outgoing and internet services remained inactive. Assuming it was plan issue, I recharged again with the ₹399 plan, yet the problem exists @airtelindia
