@airtelindia I have ported my SIM from Jio to Airtel. Today it's been done successfully, but I am unable to access internet during calls because VoLTE options is not showing, even I have enabled in my settings. Customer Care Numbers are not responding M:9353966377 D:Poco X2

After having ported out of @reliancejio to @airtelindia today, I'm now scouting for a better #WiFi connection in Kolkata. I've been using @JioFiberVoice but it's absolutely irritating. The wifi calling doesn't work. More often than not, there are disruptions. Any suggestions?

@airtelindia I want to downgrade my Xtrem Fiber plan from 100 mbps to 50 mbps. Airtel thanks app only giving option to upgrade to higher plan. Also trying to connect with customer care but that also not happened. Please help me or let me know where should I exclate this.
