    @airtelindia I had flat ₹50/ discount coupons in my Airtel thanks app which I tried to redeem on subsequent reacharge, today itself. But I was charged whole amount of the plan and also no cashback is being reflected into my wallet. Kindly help.

    @saif_1193 @airtelindia TRAI is sleeping over the complaints. It is existing only to help the fraud companies like Jio, Airtel etc. TRAI don't even try to help people to get good network service. TRAI is nothing to do with their services

    @Rebelism95 @JioCare @airtelindia Airtel is worse than Jio. We don't have any option at all. We have to die with it or don't use mobile. Both Jio and Airtel are not service providers, they are fraudsters. Both are 420 networks.

    Opted for @airtelindia broadband 3 days back. Still awaiting for technician. Funny Thing - The guy is avoiding my calls after I paid for 6 months subscription through airtel site. Customer Care had been escalating for 2 days without any outcome!

    @airtelindia @airtelindia fist make sure that customer's r happy with your service I don't know why call will get disconnect while being on the line evn my mobile is good bcz it's a new one there is no problem in the mobile .Im getting very irritating in this network was using from 3 yrs

    @basupm09 @airtelindia Instead of shutting public sector institutions for non productivity it’s important to shut some Priv sector “customer careless” companies. @Airtel_Presence shld be first in list. My complaint has not been addressed inspite of repeated requests..

    For the past 4 days I have been trying to port my VI postpaid number to Airtel prepaid. After no of attempts & visits to airtel store NOIDA sector 25,sector 12. Stores have rudely turn down the request and I have rcd no sol so far. @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @Airtel_Presence
