    @airtelindia it's a shame that your customer service is not functional these days . Internet is an essential thing and during these tough times where we need to work from home, if we do not have customer support from ur side, it's not good. Your app can't resolve everything

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This looks very bad experience with Airtel so far, I have tried to approach them in all possible ways to resolve my issues but it seems they are least bothered about it as they know amount being paid against the bill so let's play a game with him.

    @airtelindia hi technicians from airtel this is the 8th day since my broadband is down as advised raised a ticket was told via a message that someone will resolve on 16th April, no showed up and off course trying to call is no use. Please help my complaint no. Is 116789142

    @airtelindia lot of network issues in my location. Very worst signal. Only 2 sticks and call drop call congestion. I am using family 999 plan all 5 have same issue. Problems since 1 year. No action taken by KK airtel team.

    @airtelindia Hi Airtel, Please take some necessary steps for SIM damage issues, not able use the mobile number for any transaction, we are locked down both because of Covid and even for the online transaction

    @airtelindia a school teacher want take class in online she is airtel customers but the no network in side house will tell here take call in the road side then y hell u have charging for net work u want sell no of sim cards but no infrastructure because of lack of infrastructure

    @TRAI @airtelindia Can you now please stop playing the COVID awareness tape before my calls, the tape is nearly about 20-25 seconds. If there's some emergency which I have to convey over a call, half a minute is already wasted listening to the tape. It's been more than a year now

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am facing so many issues with my airtel number. Not able to use 4g data, not able to receive call due to network issues. I use VI in same handset without any issues bht in Airtel I am having so many problems inspite of good networks area.
