@airtelindia whenever I trying to contact customer care through IVR always it will tell customer care is busy caal after sometime and disconnected the call. What a pathetic service by airtel DTH. I recharged channel to see IPL but channel is not coming. Very sad

Dear @airtelindia , On 9th I bought broadband and since then 24 hours TAT for installation had been given multiple times. Everytime, different persons call to confirm address just not to show up. Now I am not even able to cancel it. Very bad experience.

@airtelindia I am going to file a complain against you. In case, if you will not resolve this issue within 5 days. Internet data speed is 20 -30 kb/s. Just tell me what one can do in this speed. You advertise like you provide 20-30 Mbps. Shame on You
