I have been an Airtel Fiber customer for approximately one year. I have an Airtel Fiber connection installed at my premises, but the fiber wire has not been fixed properly; it is hanging loosely in the street/near my house. I have informed the technician about this issue several times, but no one has come to rectify it so far.
