    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI How many years do you required to correct the bill, it’s already beyond bill payment date and you have not resolving or responding. If you have to continue with **** service then why you were asking people to choose airtel postpaid. Fraud services. I won’t pay anything extra.

    @airtelindia Customer Care confirmed that an External/Engagement ID was generated, but despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven’t received it after 4–5 business days. I’m extremely disappointed with the delay and support. Please look into this and restore my Prime benefit ASAP.

    There is no human customer service agent to connect to as Airtel Chat bot on Thanksapp keeps on giving same reply @airtelindia as three days there is no WiFi and Digital TV services it’s better you pick up your scrap garbage white dabbas and sell it to scrap @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia The connection keeps going red intermittently. Never faced this issue before. Then yesterday, the internet was completely unavailable from 7 PM to 12 AM. Today as well, it kept disconnecting randomly. From 3 PM until now, the internet has been completely unavailable today. [2]

    I’ll say it again: DON’T USE AIRTEL. Their 5G is nothing but a scam. Absolutely the worst experience, worst service, and worst customer support I’ve ever experienced. Extremely disappointed with Airtel. Never recommending it to anyone. @airtelindia
