Very poor service @airtelindia I am an #airtelblack customer and neither your customer care agents nor the backend team can resolve a simple issue.. the back end system says I have exhausted my monthly data of 3333 GB..where I have 1900+ GB left for this month. very disappointing

@airtelindia complaint no.10039213632. Internet connection disconnected since last 2 days. Complaint already registered. Nobody came so far to fix. Really disappointed with airtel service. Kindly fix the issue.

Being a broadband customer at @airtelindia in Bangalore, is literally like being in a one-sided relationship - you pay your dues, you do everything you're supposed to, but you get nothing in return, or in my case, no internet. :') #airtelnothanks #goodbyeinternet #oorustory

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia For sm odd reason Airtel support opened a ticket 10037280543.Don't know why that ticket got opened when the wifi was working. Now since the ticket got opened my wifi went down.Don't know when will this be sorted once and for all.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I had to wait for 46 Minutes just because the supervisor was busy. And after getting the supervisor on call, the issue is still not resolved. I recharged Fiber for 1 month, the validity is showing only for 11 days. What a joke it is.
