Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your Xtreme Fiber broadband is down for 4-5 hrs a day on 1-2 days every week. I've paid for the services in advance, but there's deficiency in service on your part regularly. Do you give credit notes for outage periods? If not, why?

How todeny a customer & priorities the employees should be learn't from @airtelindia . @AirtelFiber1 books a connection (after repeated reminders to ensure services first) they book a connection & then engineer denies services, ironically my neighour has airtel fiber connection.

@airtelindia Please ensure that you respond to your customer queries on time and not just do promotional calls to dth recharge and after that stop responding to issues reported. Also your airtel thanks app has always the connectivity issue.
