@airtelindia Paying premium prices every month just to get third class network service is honestly ridiculous. Calls drop, internet crawls, and basic connectivity feels like a luxury instead of a given. This kind of service is unacceptable.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence A company which claims for fastest network speed and for unlimited 5G they are just handicapped to provide a solution of network related issue and for last 12 days there so-called network team is working on it..seriously?just ridiculous

@TRAI I complained but the idiots at @airtelindia did not listen and when they heard about my problem, after some day they closed the case as nothing happened and I'm facing the network problem till now.

@diwankar_singh @airtelindia @airtelnews Nope. Spam the complaint ID publicly and ask for downtime credit, that’s the only thing that gets these guys moving. Had a similar bot loop till I heard about Replymer, at least it tracks the mentions without the fake “we care” script

@airtelindia SR No. 31-6807529698142 raised after repeated follow-ups since 11/04/26 (via CPGRAM & X). Despite confirmation, my number is still not disconnected. 15+ days just to close a connection—serious concerns about service quality. Customers, please choose airtelcarefully.”

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have my router faulty since 5 days and I haven’t received any resolution yet. I have called atleast 20 times to the customer care still no help. They are always telling to wait for 4 hrs and it would be done but no resolution.
