@Airtel_Presence @TRAI When it comes to customer support, @airtelindia is just a ****** up network. I have a 2GB daily data plan but usually get message that I've exhausted 100% data just after 1.5GB of usage. Trying from half an hour to talk to customer care support.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i think i have made a bad decision of switching to airtel. Facing worst internet speed for a month. I recharge with Rs 598 3 gb per day data pack but internet speed is very very bad. Please help if you can or i will surely switch back to Jio.Thankyou

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel network is one of the worst in the region of Dhanbad, Pin:828135. Got to know that an airtel tower has been setup recently in the area but isn't operating continuosly and if rumors are to be believed the fuel used to operate are sold in black.
