I made payment of 1000 as security on 6th december , and received a message which said they will contact in 48 hours , but i havenot received any call from the technician yet. When I called them at 121 , they said it will take 7 days.. :/

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Then when I called the customer service 121 , all they said that "It will take 7 days" , then why did airtel not tell this beforehand, I was informed by airtel via SMS that it will be done in 48 hours, its been 3 days already 🤡
