  Wi-Fi has been down for 2 days. @airtelindia technician replaced the router/components, said it was an Airtel-side server issue, then demanded payment after restoring it. After I refused, he removed the components, left the internet disconnected & marked the complaint resolved

  @airtelindia Why is to difficult tocontact you guys. Have you guys made it such so that people with issues with your fraudulent charges cannot reach out for resolution as raising ticket via app is useless.

  @TRAI @airtelindia I am generally an Airtel customer, but they have started raising recharge prices. This isn't right—especially since the network quality isn't good for anyone, so why are they increasing the rates?

  @airtelindia This is the FOURTH time the Wifi is down, Service req 11037804616 keeps getting Rescheduled without my CONSENT multiple times. The Crap Engineers don't pick up the calls. CC sucks. BS network. Not going to pay the bill and return the Router and cables.
