    @airtelindia We have been made to run around by Airtel and no one has a clue to resolve the issue. Complaint no: 4514426995 and 4514312415. Airtel agent moved us to a data only Black bundle and cant receive calls now or call even 121..see the irony

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Requested to shift my Airtel Black Wi-Fi connection, but even after multiple follow-ups, it was never done. I had to arrange an alternative connection. Now my request to close the Airtel Black connection is also being ignored. Very disappointing.

    @airtelindia the most pathetic internet service provider. Internet down for 4 days. I raise request and their team closes the request saying the problem has been solved without contacting me or confirming. This is the 5th such disruption in this month only.

    I'm facing a serious network issue at my location. inside my room, i get only 1 signal bar, and the internet is almost unusable. data keep disconnecting, making it difficult to use the service. Please look into this issue and improve the network coverage in my area @airtelindia

    So finally after doing unfruitful complaint to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence regarding fake discount offered to me.. I am being told to physically visit the store for demering the number first from wifi and than wait for 7 days before deactivating my connection...gr8..
