@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today when we were at your store we were forced to pay for 4 months of postpaid service for us to get our new sim back. Hands down to your customer care personnel for getting a revenue of 1700 by force.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - tried to reach customer care at 121. I was not allowed to connect customer care rather given a complaint no which is expected to resolve after 8 days. In case of emergency I need to wait for atleast 8 days. It shows not worried of customer problem

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia we were said it was companies policy.If thats the case i promise to spread this policy to all my friends and family and atleast get my sim ported after the mandatory 4 month of prepaid. Highly annoyed by liluah customer care branch.
