    @airtelindia Worst service by airtel customer care i have register 4 to 5 times for new wifi connection but every time Engineer says yes i am coming but still no response from their side bhai agar service provide ni kr skte to band krdo apni company even i talked with supervisor but 😡

    I don't have wifi (xtreme fiber) for two days. Worst service none responds to calls & even customer care service is bad. Tech who visited ystrdy just says it wil b fixed bt it's been 2 days, our office work is hampered. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Req # 10050972309

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I tried to change my bill plan for Xtreme to 3 monthly from monthly. Customer support gave me a link to make the necessary payment, but the payment failed. Amount was debited from my bank but it was not refunded. Details in the follow-up tweet
