  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am an Airtel postpaid Fast Lane customer. The network is pathetic. I lodged a complaint at the Airtel store and also raised it through the app. Call drops and browsing are really bad. Despite paying Rs 600 monthly for postpaid, it is not helping.

  My Airtel internet was not working since 2 Apr. After multiple follow-ups, engineer visit, and service closure request, Airtel collected the router and DTH in May.Still, I am getting bills for black. Correct the bill and refund the extra payment @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @AirtelXtream Two service requests (SR 4512401903 & SR 4512520439) were closed without resolving the issue. Closing tickets without fixing the problem only increases customer frustration.

  @airtelindia There was an issue with your device from the month of mid April whereas I requested the replacement of the device but it was not yet resolved whereas my outstanding amount is due for the last 3 months now, I want the replacement, and then I will pay.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @AirtelXtream Customer support isn't about asking customers to "wait another 24 hours." It's about taking ownership and resolving issues. My experience with Airtel Xstream IPTV support has been extremely disappointing.
