    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence there is no option to deactivate or remove broadband service/account on your app?! No one lives at that place and no internet is being used, all the pending bills before that have been cleared! How can you forcefully keep a customer's account

    Really Pathetic Customer Service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even after stopping International Roaming by calling on 121 last month,sending bill with IR charges again.Talking to customer care is really frustrating. Porting is last resort.Hope @JioCare serves better.

    I was disappointed by the service for walking customers in store and the team is not bothered to respond and there's no priority for customer problems One of the worst stores ever.All the staff are unprofessional no one is co-operative.Pathetic service. @airtelindia

    hi @airtelindia I requested cancellation of a WiFi connection exactly 10 days ago and there has been no active action being undertaken from your end. is there any problem I am unaware of that is causing a delay?
