    @airtelindia hey Airtel I'm not getting consistent data connectivity. your app support bot asks me to turn off WiFi and then fails to connect to your servers because it doesn't have a connection. Why not let me register a complaint directly instead of making me jump hoops?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia had bought AIRTEL extreme Box in September 2020 and the box is already dead. The technician came and asked for a charge of ₹600 for box and ₹150 as visiting charge. What kind of device are you making damn it that couldn't even last 1 year properly.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Serious network Issue at Dahanukarwadi,Kandivali(W),Mumbai. it shows 4G and and full network still couldn't make call or browse. Not gonna pay my bill until it gets resloved(12Nov due date).Multiple people facing same issue.

    @Airtel_Presence Dear @airtelindia If you again depute your useless executive by the name Pawan Thakur who starts WhatsApping a prospective customer as if he is my close friend & starts asking for random videos, then I will prefer going for Jio Fibre and not Airtel Xstream.

    @airtelindia @VodafoneGroup @reliancejio I have 3 Airtel Sim in 3 small phone (2G) , all 3 phone incoming is not working, and andrid 4G phone sim is working, Airtel team kindly look in to this, other wise will port my Airtel number.

    @airtelindia as a new customer really disappointed with your service & your call centre guys. due to some mismanagement by your agent my Amazon prime membership is cancelled and I am unable to restore it & your call centre guys just don't agree on booking a complaint for the same

    More than 48 hours outage on @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Fibre Broadband in Deonar/Chembur. No update except every 3 hours they say we are still working on it with expected resolution in next 3 hours.
