    @airtelindia @TRAI now I spoke to one of your customer care executive named drishti, who told me to downgrade my plan of switch to prepaid facility, but they can't provide me the promised plan. Interesting part is if I switch or downgrade my plan the 120 GB data will be lapse

    @airtelindia It is high time to stop this service in India.Why the hell people running business if they cant provide support when needed. I canceled installation of xtream broadband, even got message but every agent is saying it is not canceled.still waiting for refund😡
