    Well Played @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this is how u cheat ur customer. U technician came and said that it's a old router and he is replacing it with other maintaince router. I took this Broadband connection 5 months back and the engineer told me it's a new one. WOW

We really do not understand what world class service means, that's why treated as cattle class.
