I had port my sim card from Idea to Airtel and when i had received a call from Airtel that my no will be port and get activated in just 10min and now after 18 hr airtel customer care will be saying that sim will get activated in next 72hr@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

@airtelindia I have airtel postpaid connection, and I'm not able to access internet properly even when I'm not in problematic areas qt all. I'm getting very poor service. In the airtel thanks app, I'm not able to raise a complaint. I'm not even able to contact the customer care.

@airtelindia I am forced to report here that speed of internet is negligible in my area of Jaipur city. I registered complaints twice which were closed without even being tried to communicate me even once. Treat this as A WARNING FOR LEGAL ACTION after 7 days of this.

@Airtel_Presence I ported to @airtelindia & notice that mobile internet isn't working (neither 2/3/4G) while in a call. My whatsapp calls are getting disconnected if a GSM call comes in even if I reject the call. Never experienced this on my earlier BSNL 3G network in 8years.
