@airtelindia It is ironical despite of a credit balance of ₹1863/- on my prepaid account- 8283868131 the company is not permitting me to utilise the balance to recharge a pack of my choice. Would any one from the company help resolve the issue. Refer my in responsed mails.

@airtelindia I have airtel postpaid connection, and I'm not able to access internet properly even when I'm not in problematic areas qt all. I'm getting very poor service. In the airtel thanks app, I'm not able to raise a complaint. I'm not even able to contact the customer care.

Life is hell with @airtelindia , I raised complaint @ 6th of May 2021 for so called Xtream Fiber was not working, this people convert my request for service to request for disconnection. Nobody helping me. Truly non professional behavior.
