    @airtelindia I am forced to report here that speed of internet is negligible in my area of Jaipur city. I registered complaints twice which were closed without even being tried to communicate me even once. Treat this as A WARNING FOR LEGAL ACTION after 7 days of this.

    @airtelindia pathetic services of dth, got the error with dish antina rectified by paying service charge however in 2 days same problem occur and service provider asking to pay charge again. Very unethical and irritating. After multiple calls also not ready to come and fix.

    Dear @airtelnews @airtelindia please try to check the network connection. While calling and using internet daily I'm facing a problem in the same criteria. Kindly resolve this else I will port my number to @reliancejio and definitely they will resolve the same in better aspects.

    @airtelindia feeling sorry that I recharge with 199 my airtel no instead of jio. these 35 days frustates me everytime when I surfing internet or use hotspot in my laptop. next time I will never make this mistake. airtel @Airtel_Presence waste of money. jio is best.@JioCare

    @Airtel_Presence It’s a very unethical practice where the company wants to discontinue the plan by charging amount for Prime OTT which is already part of plan. It was never expected from @airtelindia @bharti

    @JioCare Thanks for great service , with 10 hours of request we got new Jio connection and remove the problematic @Airtel_Presence . I would say your representative (Mohan) Has zero accountability. @airtelindia . Am sure you gonna loose 4 more connection from my family once package done

    @airtelindia 5G & 4G performance in my area has dropped badly, cellular reception is poor, and VoWiFi also doesn’t work properly. Indoors, I only get calls when VoWiFi works, otherwise there’s no signal and the network icon shows “X”. Please resolve this urgently.

    @Airtel_Presence Called 121 multiple times, got 2 escalation calls & 4 IPTV team calls—still no resolution. Promised fix within 24 hrs, nothing happened. Ordered Mesh on 15 May, still not received. Extremely poor service.@airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My network complaints are repeatedly closed without any resolution or communication. This is highly unethical and shows disregard for customers. Please address my issue instead of closing complaints without fixing the problem. Ref no. 11030395863.
