Hey @airtelindia Why don’t you give the receipt of utility bill(e.g-electric bii) payment through airtel thanks app. Such a hectic experience. After payment its a nightmare to search the receipt and don’t have any proof of payment. Not sure if people are using this service @TRAI

@airtelindia Seurity measures are not followed before downloading airtel thanx app sim binding is not compulsory and automatically upi id has been generated and easily get linked with bank account having the same mobile number without confirming with the customer

Had been flowing up qoth @airtelindia back and forth to come home and fix the wifi connection properly. They detached our intercomm wire and fixed theirs and now not coming back to repair the damage done. Due to this our intercomm is impacted.
