    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel 5G doesn't work at my place. Do you have any page where it shows the locality of working 5G connection. In ads etc you are boasting 5G is launched in Bangalore but clearly it's not launched everywhere,it's launched to some limited places.

    @JioCare @airtelindia Your team asked me to cancel the connection as they are not sure when Jio will restore the connection. The connection was cut by the local municipal authorities. You have no clue what the problem is and keep repeating your answers like parrots .

    I have experienced one thing in Bangalore at many such business locations that Airtel internet runs very bad. Internet starts working well after 2:00 Am because at that time the user base remains very less on the network. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG

    We are not receiving calls, can't able to do outgoing calls, 4g internet is not working, facing problems in communication. This Fare will continue for another week, it is high time now so kindly try to increase the bandwidth at the evening times. @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we don't receive signal inside our house that's in ground floor of a 14 floor building. We are planning to get airtel black but because of this I'm hesitant. Moreover there's no 5G here but a unit across the same community gets 5G

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is such a scam. They overbill me by 150%. When I tweet here they ask me to DM them details. When I I DM details they send me on a runaround to some Whatsapp number where a Bot asks me to wait for someone to attend my issue. What a scam!!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've a pending refund for airtel broadband, I was told that I will receive with 45 days but it's been 3+ months now and still haven't received the refund. On complaining, customer care says we will call back in 4 hours but never got a call back.😡

    @Airtel_Presence Airtel can keep it's apologies to itself, I uploaded it using @RailTel , this exposes @airtelindia underlying rot where your IT infrastructure cannot keep up with load, you are rationing data which can be easily seen with network monitor which shows intermittent inactivity.
