Jayakumar (@bessyjay) reported from Bengaluru, Karnataka@airtelindia I have two re charges of Rs1,799/- each on my cell no : 7349606558.The re charges were done through Amazon Pay & but re charges never took place and I did not receive the refund. I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

My problem still not solved but if you are taking to resolve issues more than 1 months then it's a joke. I have raised request again but again the msg is coming that it will resolve within 15 days. If this issue not resolved then i have to go for different network.
