    @airtelindia You guys need to stop bragging about the internet connectivity that you are providing. Even after raising several complaints about the network connectivity there is no action taken nor anyone is responsible enough to give a confirmation call to check the status.

    @airtelindia i am an airtel user since 2014, i am really disappointed from the services of airtel specially when i am using internet. It's very rare to stream a video. In Banglore one of the metropolitan city of india i am facing this issue. Highly disappointed. @airtel4glte

    @JioCare no jio fibre network from 8pm yday. Complained this morning 5.30... but no one visited my place but closed the ticket... Worst ever service. Again taken the complaint and asking time till 10 am tom. Better to go back again to @airtelindia 😠😠😠

    Why is it always things get faster, services is made faster when you put it in social media. Amount debited while recharging and rc not happened. NO solution is esured. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence mailed and also Dm the issue.

    Pathetic service by airtel fibre team .. No response since last 5 month ... @airtelindia 100 m away tower is having connection of airtel fibre and airtel fibre team is not responding to my query..... How can airtel move to 5G if basic services are not offered to customer???

    @airtelindia As u are rolling out 5G, pls ensure that ur current network quality is atleast average. Right now have to raise 1 service request per month that takes 15 days to resolve.

I made payment of 1000 as security on 6th december , and received a message which said they will contact in 48 hours , but i havenot received any call from the technician yet. When I called them at 121 , they said it will take 7 days.. :/
