Tried to port my Airtel number to Jio and Airtel rejected the request. Reason - I have not completed 90 days in their network. But I have been using Airtel postpaid from aug 2018 onwards and recently moved to prepaid. Would like to knw more on the same @airtelindia @TRAI

I paid my Airtel postpaid through @amazonpay,In amazon it shows payment success, but still recharge not reached there in Airtel. I confirmed with Airtel customer care and they said they haven’t got any payment from AmazonPay. Kindly solve the issue. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia Unable to make or receive calls frm my home which is hardly few meters frm Airtel store & in middle of city. I was told dat new tower will be added by Jan 2019 after i waited for 3 yrs but still no improvement. Either you fix it immediately or loose ur Cx forever.

@airtelindia the only airtel tower at Chaten town in North Sikkim is often unserviceable and there are no efforts shown by @airtelindia to repair it. Just by claiming to reduce the number of complaints by @airtelindia does not get us connected to airtel network.
