    @airtelindia @airtelindia fist make sure that customer's r happy with your service I don't know why call will get disconnect while being on the line evn my mobile is good bcz it's a new one there is no problem in the mobile .Im getting very irritating in this network was using from 3 yrs

    Disgusting @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharged my one airtel plan 1 and a half hours ago but still my broadband services is not activated. Your customer rep says to wait for 30 mins.. it’s been 1 and a half hrs already.. still how long does it take to resume the services?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this is pandemic and we can’t really use airtel to make emergency call hospital. Even if wifi calling/ volte is enabled it sucks. Constant call fails in wifi calling, no sound, just keep saying hello hello. Worst experience ever

    I had to recharge my Airtel number but by mistake I recharged BSNL number by selecting Airtel operator option through G Pay for Rs. 579. G Pay customer care said to talk to Airtel customer care but they areunreachable everytime. @airtelindia @airtelnews @bhartiairtelfdn
