    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This indicates that you being a MNC and large telephone service provider are laying fibres and offering service to customers illegally, without the consent of the surrounding area and in violation of any rules or SOPs established by @TRAI.

    @airtelindia I have two re charges of Rs1,799/- each on my cell no : 7349606558.The re charges were done through Amazon Pay & but re charges never took place and I did not receive the refund. I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

    @airtelindia, Not sure whats wrong with your service? The internet service has gone down again.... Raising the complaint for the 8th time.... Not sure if the social media team at airtel has proper channels to raise a complaint against the concerns being raised by the customer

    @airtelindia refuses to help. I've already told them my problem, yet they're sending me a link to recharge again. I've recharged on the first of Jan, and now I'm not getting data. Then a data recharge. Still no data. What is the scene here airtel? @Airtel_Presence

    Requested for house shifting in Airtel broadband on 24th but still not done. Such a Bad experience with Airtel. i will Recomend anyone to take Airtel broadband. @airtelindia @VittalGopal

    @airtelindia I’ve never seen fraud like you, I requested for Airtel stream Fiber but I got copper connection and airtel sales team gave me false commitment. So I want to disconnect this service and want refund for it

    @airtelindia looks like your DTG guys don’t understand customer request about not to receive . Even after telling n-th time that there is no requirement for t the DTH connection they keep on calling me . Even after blocking one number they call from another number 1/2

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - worst service on Airtel black connection. The connection is not installed properly and from past 1 week multiple request raised to fix issues. Till now no one turned to fix installation issues. Unhappy with the installation services

I have UL Data plan while downloading an update they just said my quota of 2GB is over i mean WTF is then unliminted 5G plan n my ttl consumption for day was just 2 GB only when speed dropped to 64kbps

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Even after the installation of a new Airtel tower between Shahpur and Bhawansuri, the network quality remains extremely poor. Facing severe signal drops and slow internet speeds daily. Please optimize the new tower on priority.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What is the use of being a BLACK CUSTOMER when I cannot get internet connectivity on a Monday business hours. No customer service. Engineer calls do not connect. Better if somebody can come and disconnect the service. I am tired of Airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Plot twist. Now they are saying your request/order itself not generated.See how these guys are working. Fooling the customer. Harassing the customer. If my request is not fulfilled today I will break the airtel airfiber device and post that video for sure.
