    You're customer support number doesn't let you connect to a human. The IVR will spin you in circles and then cut the call automatically. Why are you making life difficult? Just have a human being call me and help me resolve this matter. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @jagograhakjago I am surprised at how at different levels Airtel is failing to address an issue which had been going on for more than a month. The DTH equipment at my home have to be linked to my Subscription ID and no one is able to help.

    @sunilmittal22 @airtelindia Mr. Mittal: I have paid installation and rental for an internet line 4 days ago. The order ID is 21-43993278468. Port is not available. Harish (Airtel Black Manager) is rude, lacks courtesy and this is a complaint against him.

    What the hell is this @airtelindia black service. Just making fool or what. From last month I am trying to get February 2023 bill bt not getting it. Last 2 days I have called around 3-4 times but thanks @Airtel_Presence for not helping with anything. Just waiting @JioCare for new

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This indicates that you being a MNC and large telephone service provider are laying fibres and offering service to customers illegally, without the consent of the surrounding area and in violation of any rules or SOPs established by @TRAI.

    @airtelindia call Center, service enter no body bother about customers here. Actually my money stealed by Airtel and now I am going around the bush to get the money. This is not acceptable.

    once again @airtelindia proved that you are very poor in customer management. I contacted for Airtel xtream connection. Executive told me connection possible in our area and informed me to pay the amount. After payment engineer came to our area and telling connection not possible

    @airtelindia Airtel SCAMMING CUSTOMERS. suddenly my sim card stopped working and then I had to go to Airtel store to get a new sim for 100. They told me that most of customer have encountered this issue. Once my package is over I'm porting to jio.

    @airtelindia something is really wrong with your internet service. Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. Not sure if Airtel is having skilled technicians to sole this issue.

    ****** service @airtelindia. WiFi shifting req open for week, customer care says backend team will call. No one calls. SMS has mobile but engrs says they are not available and call the customer care. Endless loop. More players needed so airtel can't take customers for granted.

    @airtelindia Why are payments accepted only in fixed denominations such as 10, 20, or 120, instead of the actual billed amount? For example, if the bill is 13.67, the customer is forced to pay 20, resulting in an extra 6.33 being charged.

    @airtelindia iam facing regularly one problem.! Iam done with the dm many times.! Your side couldnt solve problem.! I can move another network ! Iam recharge done with 379 umlimited 5g and iam also living in 5g area - my data is over but couldnt connect 5g unlimited access..!

    @airtelindia you have the worst service Seriously, I had immense trust in the quality of Airtel's products and service. But you have let me down. It's been 3 days since I've been unable to use my wifi connection because of a connection outage.
