I have also raised my complaint with Airtel customer care . One month is getting over.

SR raised but resolution time is 7:30 PM.If u r able to resolve it by 4 PM,well n good.Else I still hv the connection from ACT that is just a few clicks away frm reactivation. It's a working day.I don't hv any option.

Raised 15 to 20 complaints, but none of your team members are able to fix the issue permanently. Internet is down again since morning. Govt company with too many legacy issues.. still promoting 4G itself tells their state of affairs. Ideally, govt should have closed the company but these BSNL have infra and state has dependency w.r.t secrecy. So, forget BSNL Rs 1 at your own peril.
