@airtelindia Hello airtel, I am a mother of 3 months old baby. Today morning I see that on my phone, emergency call only. I thought low Signal. Later called the customer care 121 and got to know I have to opt for duplicate sim. The technician was so rude. Can you plz help.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia this is pandemic and we can’t really use airtel to make emergency call hospital. Even if wifi calling/ volte is enabled it sucks. Constant call fails in wifi calling, no sound, just keep saying hello hello. Worst experience ever

Disgusting @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharged my one airtel plan 1 and a half hours ago but still my broadband services is not activated. Your customer rep says to wait for 30 mins.. it’s been 1 and a half hrs already.. still how long does it take to resume the services?

Airtel Thanks app is a scam 🤬. Rechange does to an account it get credit to another account & even same with channel add/remove. It activates HD channel to SD set of box. That's absolute horrible technology from @airtelindia

20hrs without intrnt, wrking from home through hotspot only, @airtelindia black custmr. Thats not wat i signed up for. Most of our daily routine revolve around internet and not having it for 20hrs is like living in stone age. @Airtel_Presence claim big, but fail on custmr support
