@airtelindia My sim requested for porting on july11, and today its August 7th, still my sim was not activated. No clear update from customer care as well as from employees at store. I have been travelling for kms to resolve my problem in this 4G generation.

@JioCare no jio fibre network from 8pm yday. Complained this morning 5.30... but no one visited my place but closed the ticket... Worst ever service. Again taken the complaint and asking time till 10 am tom. Better to go back again to @airtelindia 😠😠😠

@airtelindia The worst customer service that I have ever seen, ported from docomo to airtel, and I have been coming to airtel store as if I am working here. Technology reached more heights but not on your side. I have visited the store nearly 7 times.

@DoT_India : With 10 days of International roaming, shouldn't the international services terminate exactly after 10 days? @airtelindia's- the pack of 649/- gets automatically activated on initiating any call or data usage by the customer to protect customer from getting high bill
