    I've recently ported my number from @VodafoneIN to @reliancejio. One thing I really miss about #VodafoneIdea is the quality and options of caller tunes. No service provider have matched that yet. Not even @airtelindia.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Black plan billing issue never ending process although representative will also confirm same, but backend team will never resolve. Keep following from last 2 months still no resolution. Say sorry and bill extra amount. Best business strategy.

    @Airtel_Presence It’s been 2 days & no adequate response has been given from your side. Had called the service guy & fixed a time twice yet he never showed up. Pathetic. So disconnecting the services and thanks but no thanks to u guys at @airtelindia for taking good care of your loyal customers.

    The fixed line is shifted and it’s 5 days but no number allotted, 1st promised to give same number, then said a new number, but still nothing has been done. Seriously #fedup with this #service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia for their ignorance for the failure to deliver the service to their loyal customers. Been sitting at home all day trying to get the internet to work but only thing they care about is money (even after paying everything ). SUCH A SHAME.

    @airtelindia , I am unable to see 5G option in my mobile even after the device's OTA update. I can see that the handset and software support 5G in airtel thanks app but even after enabling 5G(recommended) in device settings the 5G is not available.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence gives us a proper 3G network. Later 5G n all. Call drop, low signal, poor connectivity. Even what's app status takes 2-3 seconds to Open up. Disappointed with the service. If you are unable to give a proper network, drop your recharge price.
