  @airtelindia Trying to talk to someone at 121 is frustrating. takes 6 mins to reach a person- rest is all nonsense that airtel wants us to hear, & most of the times the representative has no clue to solve a simple problem and refers to app, which is another nonsense entirely.

I called many times to the local technical team member Mr Gaurav 9319872062 provided by sms for installation. I called many times but disconnected. Now thinking of changing providers.
