    Airtel issues continues @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the promised speed 100 maps. The current speed 4 maps. #airtelcustomerservice non responsive. Dealing with airtel one requires a staff and patience. Their speed of resolution is not even 1G. Hope they listen this time

    Dear @airtelindia, referring to my previous tweet, the technician had come to my home at around 6 in the evening yesterday & he did bring back the connectivity which lasted for 5 mins & said the issue originated from the fatbox. This is the third day & my wifi is still down.

    @airtelindia So this is the commitment? Connection dead, customer care missing, zero support when needed. Premium billing works flawlessly though. Impressive how “priority service” exists only in advertisements.
