    @airtelindia service in Sector 9 Chandigarh is really disappointing. It’s a shame that despite repeated complaints the issue is not being addressed. Hope someone will pick this up and attend to it.

    @Airtel_Presence It has been 3 days, and I was promised 8 hours SLA.. a simple request for shifting the connection is not being completed, really bad customer service guys, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia being a market leader, it should show some sense of customer service!

    Very shameful of @airtelindia to brag about their services when they can't even properly provide broadband service. My internet services on the broadband stopped yesterday night and was ambiguously assured by Airtel about resumption of services. Nothing has happened since then.
