@airtelindia Dear sir/ madam, Please do the needful because I am irritated with airtel dth from 16th July new new problem raises again and again, tv remain switch off from that day. This time no signal, I recharge HD channels for enjoying movies but in 1 min 30 times

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think this this type of call received for resolution code 4-5 times. On 23 July between 3:00pm to 4: 00 pm I received call for visit , at that time I am busy , I request to visit at 5:00 pm. At that day he didn't came .

@chetan_pamnani @airtelindia We have 15 prepaid connections in my family and are paying approx 5k/month. We have been suffering from bad internet speed for the last 3-4 months and it seems a total waste of time and money with Airtel, now decided to port out.

@airtelindia On 24 July I made call for Same problem ,customer care replied me he told, your complaint is closed, I said without problem solving how it will closed. They again told me to wait 24 hours our service engineer visit, I relax and wait for service engineer

@airtelindia : We have already complained many times to Ranjit Avenue Airtel store manager. He sent Airtel network engineer on 26 th October 2020 and he clearly mentioned that boosters are required. It’s been almost 4 months. Will not even give Airtel 1 star.

@airtelindia : Totally disappointed by Airtel team in Amritsar. We have one of the biggest restaurant in Amritsar’s most Posh area Ranjit Avenue. There is no Airtel network in the basement of the restaurant whereas Jio and Vodafone have proper signals.
