    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hello Airtel, This is one of your frustrated customer. I am using airtel black from last 1 month and what a pathetic service you guys gave. My internet not working, your airtel guy who installed airtel fibre is not even picking up the call.

    @airtelindia This is so pathetic that there’s no way to reach out to anyone for the grievances. You are loosing your customers to @reliancejio They are quick and gives such fast service. Finally getting Jio Fiber.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence, I had submitted a request to shift my @airtelindia broadband connection on 29th but till yesterday no response was received. Even I called customer care several times & every time it was told that the engineer will contact you soon. But no one contacted

    Airtel Landline is dead from last 45 days. Pathetic services from Airtel! Several emails to helpline and calls made to customer care but no one bother to resolve the issue and now I got bill for dead connection! Landline no 0121 4055515. #airtelblack #airtelindia #Airtel

    That's why I called on +91 84481 94778 then that person said in a very bad way that you talk to Dinesh and disconnected the phone. Today, again I called to Er Dinesh, he said it will be done today be 2.00 pm and now it is 3.15. No reply from @airtelindia . Pl suggest what to do?

    Seems like @airtelindia isn’t willing to add new customers/connections. They are declining the request to add new broadband connections. Just got a call from them stating we have exhausted new connections and won’t add new ones. Worst part no cust care to talk or report to.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Always facing slow speed problem, specially night time. Overall having slow speed problem always. Customer service is also very poor response, since 2 weeks follow-up but no response or support. @airtelnews

    @airtelindia’s Srinagar customer care service is the worst one I’ve ever spoken to. On a call duration of 7 minutes I was transferred to & fro 3 departments. Prepaid > PreOnPost > Postpaid and none of their executives had knowledge about switching to a family plan. God’s mercy!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Broadband is down since more than 8 hour. Technical team and their customer care team as well also not responding properly. It's been perennial issue with Airtel we need to do full lot of follow-ups and be behind them to get your query addressed
