Costumer support and the person who came for registration didn’t told me that fiber is not there in my area. Den Y do I have to pay for fiber plan?

Problem now with Xtream is if Internet goes down, you cannot watch TV. Also internet Data and bandwidth used for TV which can be avoided by using Dish. Only for OTT use Xtream.
