    @airtelindia Do you charge for not providing services? I have been repeatedly raising issue about an international roming pack that I purchased being absolutely defunct but i Airtel still wants me to pay, no response and no resolution to the issue. Can someone pay attention.

    That's why I called on +91 84481 94778 then that person said in a very bad way that you talk to Dinesh and disconnected the phone. Today, again I called to Er Dinesh, he said it will be done today be 2.00 pm and now it is 3.15. No reply from @airtelindia . Pl suggest what to do?

    @airtelindia 1/n The fibre internet down in my locality 4 more than 24 hours, IVR states the issue to be resolved in a couple of hours & keeps extending the Resolution time. Need to understand when can we have the resolution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst class service from your team. Faced a issue with the airtel xstream setup box which was not more than 6 months old. The box got stuck and is in a loop. Your team told me it will be resolved the next day and it has been 2 days after that.
