    @airtelindia Do you charge for not providing services? I have been repeatedly raising issue about an international roming pack that I purchased being absolutely defunct but i Airtel still wants me to pay, no response and no resolution to the issue. Can someone pay attention.

    Dear @airtelindia,I bring to your notice that it's been 17 days since I had made my #DTH relocation request followed by 3-4 reminders/complaints. But my complaint isn't resolved yet. I contacted customer care executives a few times but all I have got is false assurance. Pls care.

    Unable to use the mobile internet for the last 3 days. I tried multiple times to contact @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia cx care but nobody is responding. Seriously, someone has paid for the yearly service and you are harassing like this. 🫤

    @airtelindia you really have bad internet network. Please spending more cost on your infrastructure rather then spending it on adds for India's fastest network. You have so many complaints that a platinum customers has to wait 5+ minutes to talk to a customer relationship manager

    I raised a request to remove my DTH service and add IPTV to my Airtel Black plan. I even paid ₹500 for this change. However, it has been weeks now, and neither the Airtel store executive nor the Airtel app has been able to resolve the issue. @airtelindia
