    @JioCare Hi Jio Team I want to share bad experience from jio fibre due to non availability of raising request of relocate fibre, It should be done through customer care also,customer need 2 call than jio team contact him collect KYC docs and resolve like airtel @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Always facing slow speed problem, specially night time. Overall having slow speed problem always. Customer service is also very poor response, since 2 weeks follow-up but no response or support. @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Hi i already book a airfiber connection in delhi. At the time of booking your company salesperson said connection will install in same day. Kindly make payment first. As per payment was done . But upto this time no connection is installed. HW bad it is no commitment

    Facing extremely poor network service from @airtelindia. Even after contacting customer support, instead of fixing the issue, they suggested converting my prepaid SIM to postpaid. This is unacceptable and very disappointing. Resolve network issues instead of pushing upgrades.

    It has been more than 24hrs now without wifi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence and every time i call engineer assigned im told will work soon Whole area is facing issues and reason given is fibre cut Im not sure these were the standards that Sunil mittal had thought off Shame on you guys..
