    .@airtelindia .@Airtel_Presence The broadband in my area has gone bonkers from past 6 days. I complained but your Technician just walks in, watches till it stops buffering & leaves. Find a solution plz, it’s pathetic as nothing works without buffering for more than 30mins.

    @airtelindia @airtelcare process to surrender an Airtel SIM is much more cumbersome than to open a new account. Airtel support sucks! They don’t know how to solve customer’s problem

    @JioCare Hi Jio Team I want to share bad experience from jio fibre due to non availability of raising request of relocate fibre, It should be done through customer care also,customer need 2 call than jio team contact him collect KYC docs and resolve like airtel @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @airtelindia This is so pathetic that there’s no way to reach out to anyone for the grievances. You are loosing your customers to @reliancejio They are quick and gives such fast service. Finally getting Jio Fiber.

    @airtelindia Dear Customer, we have registered the Complaint related to Service act/deact on your Airtel Number 9560252224. Service Request No. 31-4641058258724, dated 20/02/2023. No solution till now pls assist have issue in network

    Seems like @airtelindia isn’t willing to add new customers/connections. They are declining the request to add new broadband connections. Just got a call from them stating we have exhausted new connections and won’t add new ones. Worst part no cust care to talk or report to.

    @airtelindia i have been using this connection of yours from almost a year and from last 3months and continuously making payments but services are missing, compliant about the same almost 20times still the problem is unresolved, now need to know why are you guys are charging us

    @airtelindia Take advantage of this compulsion, then learn from Airtel people!In the name of number one network, you have mobile recharged yourself so expensively!Now I am forced to terminate this network but before leaving I would like to tell you.

    @airtelindia you really have bad internet network. Please spending more cost on your infrastructure rather then spending it on adds for India's fastest network. You have so many complaints that a platinum customers has to wait 5+ minutes to talk to a customer relationship manager

    @airtelindia now they are telling me to wait for 48 hrs, to see if the sim would be active as they have emailed someone. @DoT_India please have a look into this issues. They are barring the services without any intimation and asking me to wait for indefinitely.

    So here comes the truth of @reliancejio internet speed. My @airtelindia broadband is down since yesterday evening - thinking #Jio 1.5 GB (active recharge) would run at a decent speed (to make video call/regular surfing) but it turned out to be a total disaster. #poorJioNetwork

    1/3 I ported my number 9241235759 from Jio to @ViCustomerCare expecting better service. VI later approved a Late Payment Waiver of ₹118. But after port-out to @airtelindia, the same waiver was reversed and added back into final dues.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia without any intimation hw my wifi plan has chngd...already called CC there don't knw hw it got upgraded...they told me will get a cal from billing dept...there is also same issue....I don't want any upgrade in my plan make it as what I hv opted

    @airtelindia Please note that I opted for bundled services for my family plan, phone, WiFi and IPTV, your store person made a mistake and logged for DTH services which I never requested, this issues is going on since 25th April,26, paid 2000 INR, yet not resolved, Pl do needful.

    @airtelindia earlier outgoing service worked for at least sometime after expiry. Now the moment validity ends the line practically useless causing mental harassment to make just one call, customers are not ATM @airtelindia please understand that and provide the solution asap.
