    @airtelindia it's been ages using Airtel services but never ever had faced any issue. As per the App if you upgrade ur plan u will be eligible for Amazon Prime. I had done the same but it was saying that u r not eligible for the same. Called up the CC they had no answer help 9899871363

    @airtelindia Hi its not related to service log registration. Its related to solution. Airtel already having setup. So why Internet speed not working. Please simply work on solutions. If Airtel unable to solve issue. I request Indian PM allow us to go to office. @narendramodi

    @Airtel_Presence The last 3 years have passed but @airtelindia has not been able to upgrade any network near Shatabdi Nagar. I deposit the bill every month and am unable to use it. Due to the network more than 90% of my data is not used but I am paying the full amount of the bill. @ANI @TRAI

    @JioCare Hi Jio Team I want to share bad experience from jio fibre due to non availability of raising request of relocate fibre, It should be done through customer care also,customer need 2 call than jio team contact him collect KYC docs and resolve like airtel @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @airtelindia These service are only available in town only not in village area . I am try for broadband last 3 month but no response and there is two setup of airtel.near which is approx 200 Mtr away from my home. But your company not give connection at my house . how success you are . thnks

    @airtelindia how a pathetic service you are giving to us in the form of airtel xtream fiber, after activation of 100 Mbps plan we have to surf 1 to 20 Mbps all the time, and after complaining twice no one will be attend, only service request number will be provided 😠

    @airtelindia do not spend much money for advertising for wrong information that your network is no 1....just improve ...1. 2. Or 5 kbps will not internet speed of no 1 network ....shame on you....

    Hello @airtelindia, My current pack was about to expire, so I recharged with the ₹349 plan which includes 2GB/day data. Even after the recharge was successful, it is still showing “2GB over” and my internet is not working properly. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Very disappointing experience with @airtelindia & @Paytm. Did ₹49 data recharge multiple times because my Airtel internet wasn’t working, yet even after repeated recharges the issue remains unresolved. Money deducted but no internet access.please fix this ASAP or process refund

    @airtelindia As we discussed during today’s call, the number you mentioned in the DM is incorrect. I added that number myself. The other number I mentioned in the DM multiple times and discussed in the call is the one I’m currently facing an issue with and haven’t added to the family plan yet. I’m not sure why it’s taking so long for this issue to be resolved.
