Today, again I called to Er Dinesh, he said it will be done today be 2.00 pm and now it is 3.15. No reply from @airtelindia . Pl suggest what to do?

Can you please also do something about fixing the damn thing. It's been 2 days, i get a rotating loop of 6 hours as a estimated time to restore my connectivity.
