    @airtelindia was trying to cheat us by giving a copper wire connection and not the fiber one, when I have paid for the fiber plan. Costumer support and the person who came for registration didn’t told me that fiber is not there in my area. Den Y do I have to pay for fiber plan?

    @airtelindia Not able to access internet whenever the electricity cut off here. Work from home with Airtel becomes can't work from home. Very bad user experience.

    @airtelindia @airtelcare Pathetic service by Airtel Fiber Xtreme in Bareilly,raised complaint on 26th March that my landline is not working but even after 20 days issue not resolved,engineers not responding, regretting my decision by opting Airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I took Airtel Xtreme fiber plan few days back, now It is not working. I filed a complaint yesterday, till now there is no action taken apart from delaying the targeted resolving time from yesterday only to 06-July. It is really a very bad experience

    @ViCustomerCare you guys are just destroying your own customers. My network is distributed from past 1 week i had complaint about it but still there is no improvement this is the last complaint i am putting. In future if i ever get any kind of issue i am switching to @airtelindia
