  Using @airtelindia since 5 years, never faced such major issues. Replacing copper from xtream fibre I have not able to use my Wifi since 13th August, I complained on 14th Still they haven't resolved the issue. The guy name Anil & his team didn't even start the new connection

  your technician cancelled the request bc of low service quality - and yet @airtelindia someone has reopened the request today without asking me! I want a refund. I do not want to be harassed. cancel the request - hope this is clear enough.

  @airtelindia I am trying to get an airtel broadband connection since last one year at my home.. every time the site inspector comes visits the site and never gives any reply.. Airtel advertisements are good but services are really worst.
