    What has happened to @airtelindia Data not working since from Morning, using BSNL as an alternative options..Why should we pay postpaid bills around 0.9K,when we are not able to use the Resources. You Keep saying improving-2 from few months and I am seeing worst @Airtel_Presence

    Using Internet service from @airtelindia is a cursed. Every time I will get recored message but no solution on card .God Knows why it is disconnect so frequently.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Xstream Fiber router’s 5 GHz Wi-Fi is stuck on DFS channel 52, transmitting at extremely low TX power (~3 dBm), causing bad latency, retransmits and poor throughput. need a remote config push from ACS to set 5 GHz channel to fixed 36/40/44/48 (non-DFS UNII-1), 80 MHz width, instead of Auto. Already tried “Optimise Wi-Fi” in Airtel Thanks app - it claimed 52→44, but after reboot + Wi-Fi scan, router is still on 52. So changes didn’t actually apply. ( attaching screenshot for reference, it didn't do what it says it has done, seems like it's purely cosmetic) Please escalate to L2/network engineering and raise a ticket. This is a config issue, not a restart/technician issue.

    @airtelindia _ I am an Airtel Black Customer since last 10 years + off lately the Network is too poor need to use whats's app calling to speak , thinking of moving the entire staff out of Airtel and move to Jio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pls let me know when it can be fixed. Same with wifi, the engineer came, saw and went back without communication with us. Very poor service

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no meaningful progress. It appears that the focus is more on charging the customer rather than genuinely addressing and resolving the problem. I expect immediate action with a clear solution, not further delays or generic responses. 2/2
