    @airtelindia @TRAI I am a paying customer. Every single day my services are disrupted, I am paying for something I cannot use. Where is my refund for these 12 days? Or does Airtel only collect money and disappear when it’s time to actually deliver?

    @airtelindia I’ve been facing WiFi disconnection issues every 15 min for the last 6–8 months. Multiple complaints but your team only restarts the router, no fix. This is affecting my work & meetings badly. WiFi ID: 0126215297409 Please check complaint logs & resolve this asap

    @airtelindia It’s been 2 days and still no technician visit. What kind of nonsense service is this? I’ve raised complaints daily but no action has been taken. No WiFi, no support, nothing. This is extremely frustrating.Please take this seriously and resolve my issue immediately

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The worst customer support! My airtel app Didn't help, called customer support, charged 50 paise for 3 min, still no support, posted on this platform and they are sending shits on DM. Peak of ignorance and disgusting attitude! @reliancejio Need to switch to jio.

    Worst decision switching my family to postpaid with Airtel India. Miss one bill and they cut ALL services got stranded while traveling, no calls or internet. Entire family affected. Switching back to prepaid is a hassle. Never Airtel again. @airtelindia #Airtel #WorstExperience
