What has happened to @airtelindia Data not working since from Morning, using BSNL as an alternative options..Why should we pay postpaid bills around 0.9K,when we are not able to use the Resources. You Keep saying improving-2 from few months and I am seeing worst @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Dear team the problrm is resolved now...if you want I can take my tweet down. However, my whole family use Airtel only. We stopped using Jio. I request you to please improve a bit your customer care. That's it. I hope in my next recharge it won't happen again.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia SR Number 125633236. It has been more than 5 days and the issue is not yet resolved. Your customer support team says that issue will be resolved in 24hours but still Internet is frequently disconnecting.
