What has happened to @airtelindia Data not working since from Morning, using BSNL as an alternative options..Why should we pay postpaid bills around 0.9K,when we are not able to use the Resources. You Keep saying improving-2 from few months and I am seeing worst @Airtel_Presence

Hi @JioCare why is tht tht my JioFi SIM gets deactivated totally if I don't recharge for sometime, unlike @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare who have lifetime validity SIMs? & UR support folks R so adept in reading templates instead of helping above & beyond? So upsetting 😑

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why you close service request without resolution. @TRAI since two weeks waited for a resolution and got a msg that the issue is resolved. On Ground, anything has changed .. Still facing the same network issue. Can someone please help

The most crappy service of #Airtel will always keep you restless when there are urgent circumstances. Trying to reach Customer case executive through IVRS for pat 2 hours. The IVRS options are giving a damn response in return. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
