@DoT_India I came abroad (OMAN) 3 months ago. I have a valid plan up to 27, MAY , 2022. Form the last few days my sim card has not shown in the mobile slot..i have tried different ways by changing SIM 1 & SIM2 but its not working..@airtelindia

@airtelindia Would like to highlight that the broadband connection is down every 3-4 days for many hours in our area in Mumbai Goregaon/Malad east. This is happening for last few months. Reminds me worst of MTNL / BSNL days in 1980s for phone lines… Please help
