    What has happened to @airtelindia Data not working since from Morning, using BSNL as an alternative options..Why should we pay postpaid bills around 0.9K,when we are not able to use the Resources. You Keep saying improving-2 from few months and I am seeing worst @Airtel_Presence

    Hello @airtelindia, I've been calling & writing to you regarding choppy internet speed that for over 6 months now. The latest complaint number is 131485982. Yet it hasn't been resolved. Pls show basic courtesy to let me know if you can't fix it so I can move on to @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @airtelcomplaint @Airtel_Presence the internet service is down for more than 6 hours. I have called 4-5 times for the same but no resolution on the complaint and just getting messages in which we get new time for the service resolution.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @airtelbank I’m using Airtel App , I just recharged by Airtel wallet. I got the msg but balance and validity is not refracting. I tried help. Why Airtel wallet is missing in own app ? Add phone option there but required iCloud.Why ? Part -1

    @airtelindia is there a possibility to talk to a human for the issues I am facing on your airtel Thanks app? We cannot raise a ticket on the airtel app. When i called customer care there is no option to speak to a representative and all options tell me to refer to the app.

    @airtelindia,@airtelnews Facing network Issue since feb,raised >4 complainst,My issue Resolve without actual resolution.Meanwhile airtel keeps charging me & insist that i pay the full amnt however im not able to use the full services as per my plan due to network issue

    I unable to use Internet service and making calls from my Airtel sim for the last 15 Days. In this Covid pandemic, I went to service center, they told me that problem is with sim and they swap my sim. But facing the same problem. Is this ur best service @airtelindia ?

    @airtelindia Reference DTH ID 3011639748 and complaint no 42879589/urgent. Kindly terminate the DTH connection immediately and send the engineer within 48 hours to collect the STB Remotes etc. Thanks for all the assistance given all these years
