What has happened to @airtelindia Data not working since from Morning, using BSNL as an alternative options..Why should we pay postpaid bills around 0.9K,when we are not able to use the Resources. You Keep saying improving-2 from few months and I am seeing worst @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I am extremely sorry to mention that, each time lodging a complain through email, getting a reply to contact 121 and talk to airtel experience advisor or use airtel thanks app. Sorry to say but both of your medium to resolve the issues are useless.

I am using a number for 10-12 years nd couple of years ago added 1 more number to family plan nd now when i am trying to add another number @airtelindia is asking for company id. when i shared my company id they are asking for some other companies id in which i have never worked

@HathwayBrdband Dear Hathway, due to your extremely poor service, your denial that your broadband is the worst in Mumbai, your charges being almost 4 times than what the market is charging, you have forced us to shift to @airtelindia fiber net,l much better & cheaper #Mumbai

@Airtel_Presence Hi Megha , Two compalints are already pending . I have raised many such complaints and shameless @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence executives will close the complaint without any action .No body will tell me anything either through call or text msgs . I hv lodged several complaints
