What has happened to @airtelindia Data not working since from Morning, using BSNL as an alternative options..Why should we pay postpaid bills around 0.9K,when we are not able to use the Resources. You Keep saying improving-2 from few months and I am seeing worst @Airtel_Presence

Broadband outage in Bangalore. Against an online ticket that I raised @airtelindia responds with a “regret inconvenience blah blah blah. Will resolve in 9 working days ...”. I would not expect this even from BSNL 😡😡. #Airtel #airtelthanks #airtelsucks

It has been almost 3 weeks i have reported the issue of false info and failing to provide justice to a customer @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how much time you need to refund an amount less than 1000Rs which was taken forcefully from a customer by providing false information.

@airtelpayment1 @airtelindia This is one of the worst UPI app I had ever seen. App is too slow & this is 2-3rd time I had experienced the amount is deducted from bank but not credited. They say amount will be credited back within 48 hrs, it’s 4th day now. CCare no is switch off

@airtelindia it's sad that inspite of my various requests you have not responded and cleared my issue. When I was in pune I had caller tune with my name for all my numbers and at the request of your Belapur office I was cajoled into taking a plan thus losing out on my caller tune

I was told that my connection will at night (2 AM), its already 9:37 AM, but there is no sign of connection getting restored. Its already 2 days since my connection is down. Poor service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence DISAPPOINTED 😞

@airtelindia you guys still make people suffer about network issue.. You claim to provide the fastest network but its the worst network in our area. It has been more than month after complaint & i'm still facing network issues. Do make clear that will it be solved or not.
