What has happened to @airtelindia Data not working since from Morning, using BSNL as an alternative options..Why should we pay postpaid bills around 0.9K,when we are not able to use the Resources. You Keep saying improving-2 from few months and I am seeing worst @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I am not able to get continuous internet through my 4G connection. It keeps switching to Edge and 4G , Card is 4g and range is also good. Living near from main Sinhagad Road, still such problems for city area. Being Platinum customer does not make any difference. 😔

@airtelindia You guys are only concerned with the visit charge and not by solving the problem of the customer. you are cheating your customers by sending false issue resolve SMS, The service request no.49489298 for Airtel DigitalTV 3000252508 is resolved. But issue is persist.

Inspite of sending repeated emails and calling repeatedly to #Airtelcustomercare From past 10 days , there is no response. Worst Network Ever. @airtelindia @airtelnews if U can't provide proper service stop giving false hopes as Your's is the best network, which is definitely not

Have been experiencing really bad network with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence over the last few months on my area. No proper mechanism to address the issue either. Looks like I will have to switch back to Jio or Voda now. Please improve this
