What has happened to @airtelindia Data not working since from Morning, using BSNL as an alternative options..Why should we pay postpaid bills around 0.9K,when we are not able to use the Resources. You Keep saying improving-2 from few months and I am seeing worst @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ticket id 10092240219 has been closed after keeping it pending since 18 oct. I received a text earlier today that the engineer will be visiting tomorrow and now the ticket is closed. This is a deliberate attempt to deny service and clear scam

@airtel_presence the worst network company of India whose customer care employees doesn’t care of there customers they can’t even solve our queries as-well talking so roughly with there customers I only can say @airtelindia who talking about 5G couldn’t solve there 4G connection
