What has happened to @airtelindia Data not working since from Morning, using BSNL as an alternative options..Why should we pay postpaid bills around 0.9K,when we are not able to use the Resources. You Keep saying improving-2 from few months and I am seeing worst @Airtel_Presence

@JagoGrahakJago_ I went to @airtelindia store to convert my post paid sim to prepaid sim. And was asked to pay ₹1915 with no invoice. When I called customer care they said that I made an excess payment. Now they said they will adjust it in my bill. But my sim is prepaid.
