What has happened to @airtelindia Data not working since from Morning, using BSNL as an alternative options..Why should we pay postpaid bills around 0.9K,when we are not able to use the Resources. You Keep saying improving-2 from few months and I am seeing worst @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia pathetic customer service. SIM stopped working & went to Airtel Store for new Sim. Paid Rs. 50/- for new SIM but request was rejected by backoffice stating that ID proof was not valid. Again shared new ID but even that was rejected. Extremely frustrating experience!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I bought a one year roaming plan on 29 th august. Instead of Rs 14998, i have mistakenly bought the 14997 plan. 14997 does not work in my area at all. I am beung told that this 1 rupee mistake from my side will cost me full 15000 rupees. Pls help
