    What has happened to @airtelindia Data not working since from Morning, using BSNL as an alternative options..Why should we pay postpaid bills around 0.9K,when we are not able to use the Resources. You Keep saying improving-2 from few months and I am seeing worst @Airtel_Presence

    When calling Airtel customer care on 121 or 198, only IVR keeps playing and there’s no option to talk to a customer care executive. What a useless system. My eSIM has not been activated for the last 2 days and I’m not even able to speak with customer support. @airtelindia @TRAI

    @TRAI is useless for customers we are paying 500 on daily basis as a postpaid customer and getting worst service ever, why i'm paying these guys @airtelindia 529 per month if not getting services for 1 penny, **** company ever @TRAI and u r useless

    @airtelindia I am regretting today why I took Airtel WiFi and fixed line service from @airtelindia. When we apply for a new connection, you people starts chasing us.But we raise a service complaint and shiting request,no body in your company bother to give the service.

    I talked with customer care they go nearest retailer point they said we can't do you kyc,or fix you account, what ******** is going on here @airtelindia this Bank block mist user account and there are no way to unblock it, @RBI every one please don't use the account

    Customers pay for reliable broadband service, not excuses. What is the point of paying if basic Wi-Fi coverage inside a 1 BHK flat cannot be provided? We are completely frustrated with this pathetic service experience. @airtelindia

    01-@JioCare, our data was 770 mb and speed down,work was suffering so we paid for data immily Rs 100/- for 6 GB, 30 days, to continue our work but 15 minuits over, still data not updated 02-@airtelindia, data 250 mb,paid 39/ for 3 GB/day -3 days,IMMLY UPDATED,work contd Thanks
