    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic service being rendered by Airtel, who boasts of having a superior network. The Internet has not been working for the past 15 days but, you don't pay heed to customer complaints. Horrendous service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia no one cares about customers right now. Your customer support is pathetic and liars. They are not at all doing the installation of my WiFi at my new location where I moved on. I am on Airtel black plan but feeling like I am cheated. Called more than 50 times now.

    @MandapakaRamya @airtelindia Same problem here.. with out my knowledge they have activated int’l roaming pack and keep closing the requests with out speaking to me even after multiple requests. Now i have stopped paying the monthly bill until the request is resolved and will soon port my number when im back

    @Airtel_Presence Also, you are not just a click way. Firstly it’s difficult to get in touch with your customer service. And once you do, they are incompetent and unable to help customers. It may not matter much, but you have one lost customer after this ordeal! @airtelindia
