    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Fiber Broadband not working (Chennai) for 48+ hours now. Talked to customer support and they had no clue when it was likely getting restored! They give the usual spiel that 'someone' is working on it! Do you realize we work from home now?

    Extremely poor and disappointing response from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence on long pending complaint. Only response I get is "team is working on it". @TRAI can you help. Airtel has not responded in 4 months
