    Worst ever Wifi service by @airtelnews @airtelindia. Raised an AirFiber-to-Fiber conversion request 10 days ago due to an inconsistent Wi-Fi network on 11 August 2026 and made around 8-10 follow-up calls to customer care, but no resolution/visit has been provided yet. (1/N)

    I've been using mobile networks in India since 2007, and in all these years, I have never experienced service this bad. I’ve used different network providers over the years, but the level of poor connectivity, inconsistent service, and lack of reliability I'm experiencing now is honestly frustrating. Mobile connectivity has become an essential part of everyday life, and customers deserve a network that actually works when they need it. Paying for a service and constantly struggling with basic connectivity is simply unacceptable. This is, without a doubt, the worst mobile network service I have ever experienced in nearly two decades of using mobile networks. @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

    Payment of mobile bill is late by one day ie 24 hours & @airtelindia threatens to disconnect my number… same service provider that was extorting extra money from me for a non-existent #WiFi connection!! Things getting better & better!!! @Airtel_Presence
