If the Airtel sim not showing any network then we have to replace that sim by visiting Airtel Store right? So, does you charge for replacing that network issue sim with another new one?

Ivr transfers paid calls to kannada speaking executive. They dont transfer call to hindi or english. Call keeps getting charged. Pure harrassment and earning money too

Despite raising multiple support tickets, the issue remains unresolved, and the tickets are being closed without a fix. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I would prefer to proceed with porting my number with jio.
