When I switch to my second sim (Jio) everything works. Can you do something about your network the way your advertisements show??

Raise a complaint → technician comes → says "can't fix it, please share OTP" → raise another complaint → repeat. And when you're finally done and want to cancel? "Sir, please talk to our senior." 30 minutes on hold just because you made the mistake of choosing Airtel. Then they have the audacity to send a bill for a service they never provided.
