    @airtelindia, I have switched to Airtel post paid which comes with benifits free one year amazon prime subscriptions. I did not get it and was told by customer service executive that I was a prime member so can’t have it again, does that make sense? I feel I was tricked.

    I have got an #airtel Broadband Xstream Connection which works intermittently only. I am trying to login my complaint through #airtelthanks app but the app is so tuned that one cannot register ur complaint. Similar problem is with their helpline. Seek help from @airtelindia

    @airtelindia it has been 9 days since i paid for new fiber broadband connection and i am still waiting for it to be installed. I have dropped two emails till date to your customer care copying Maharashtra nodal officer but no reply yet. Pls process refund if not keen🙏🙏

    @airtelindia waited online for 15 mins to speak to your customer services regarding my DTH, was then keep on hold by the rep for another 10 mins and then disconnected. This is pathetic service. Need someone to call me back now

    @airtelindia I have switch my service to some other network to Airtel post and was expecting Amazon prime subscription for one year for free. Turned out I can not have it because I was a prime member in past which does not make sense. Can you check how we can solve this?

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with the service of Airtel Xtreme Fiber.Its about 24hr since my connection got disconnected.I have registered a complaint but still is no confirmation from the technical support team.If this is how optical fiber works then i don't want your service.

    @airtelindia 4G service at prime location.. anna salai chennai is pathetic.. every 2nd min connection goes off.. shouldnt have renewed the term for 84 days must have switched to other provider... hope this meets your eye for redressal
