Why it is taking long time ro get resolved? Even your IVR is not giving option to connect agent.

Broadband provider are charging bill of 30 days. we are paying bill every month of 30 days but due this connection issues we get broadband services for 25-26 days a month. then why the customer should pay bill of 30 days if we get such interrupted service.
