    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Internet broadband service is down since 10am today in Pune,Hadapsar, and the ETR given on IVR was 13.58, and now it says that new ETR is 16.58. Why it is taking long time ro get resolved? Even your IVR is not giving option to connect agent.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I just had my #Airtel Fiber BB issue fixed a couple of days ago and today for the past 30 minutes entire #Airtel coverage is gone. Voice, cellular data, Fiber BB everything is gone. WHAT’s GOING ON? I’m using another network’s hotspot to post this.

    @airtelindia Airtelfibre in your area sucks 😞 i think you guys should now pack up from internet industry ...poorservice and no customer service guy has any idea why the internet is slow . How do you run such company ?

    I have a strong complaint against Abhishek (he said he is a vendor) and spoke to me rudely and he said this is how I talk!! Wagholi Location #airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence so unhappy to see this kind of behaviour from such a good brand!!

    Then I visited to Airtel store Balewadi Pune and Got it done smoothly and with no hassles. New SIM was activated in 2 hours max. Airtel please work on your customer service. @airtelindia Thanks to the Airtel Balewadi Pune store.

    Shame on @airtelindia . Broadband provider are charging bill of 30 days. we are paying bill every month of 30 days but due this connection issues we get broadband services for 25-26 days a month. then why the customer should pay bill of 30 days if we get such interrupted service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Facing issues in converting physical sim to eSim. Reaching customer care officer via ivr takes ages. Pls. Help. Why can’t you provide direct number at the end of menu to reach customer care exec. Not everything is resolved through ivr and app

    @airtelindia your quality of digital tv equipment is worst.. in 4 years your receiver is getting damaged !!!! What a worst manufactring quality .. we have @DishTV_India from 10 yr but no quality issues … even same weather conditions..

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The issue seems to have been resolved after a night’s complete outage. Request you to strengthen your infra as much as possible, as it seems too overwhelmed to support such a large user base.

    @airtelindia Really disappointed with #airtelblack service. I am existing postpaid subscribers with family plan. Opted for #airtelblack with broadband and was told first month is free. Got first bill, full charges applied!!

    @airtelindia just like that without no reason at all my postpaid sim stopped working . The customer care team refused to help and asked to visit Airtel store. Icabt visit he store due to covid ! If you guys can do doorstep help when I got this new sim why can't you help now!

Although I had provided them my alternate number but these people will not call on that number. Pathetic service. I am going to write an email to my HR that I don't need airtel.

I paid for what which i Never used and another bill is ready to pay.
