Airtel service sucks! All of a sudden my sim card stopped working. I got a new sim that should be activated in 4 hrs. It has been exactly 3 days that my sim is not working & I haven't received any assistance from airtel. The service sucks & is horrible. @airtelindia @airtelnews

They said that their rules have changed. 🙁 Earlier even if we would recharge a few days in advance the new recharge's validity used to start from the day the old recharge's validity would expire. Now the old recharge's validity is just gone.
