Dear @airtelindia sad to say that you made no attempt to strengthen network coverage. Be it voice or data. Kept on paying Rs 588 per month for 15 months for dongle without using any data as there was no coverage. Surrendered it sometime in May. Now its time to move from voice too

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @rohitrelan Dealing with poor and pathetic n/w since past few days. 5Ghz speeds at 1-2Mbps! Identified there are jammers nearby for some exam. Not sure if the rest should suffer despite paying bills on time. Expect an immediate & permanent resolution

Seriously now thinking to switch to other networks @reliancejio or @airtelindia atleast they are responsive if there is a problem, unlike you they won't run away from customers 🤦

@airtelindia Since I am facing frequent network related issues I have requested for cancellation of broadband.Called twice your supervisor not willing to take cancellation request.30mins is required to connect call with supervisor. Kindly don’t degrade your service.Need response

@airtelindia i have been noticing since recent times that you have removed the ability for anyone to register complaints on your portal, app or call centre. This is wrong please tell me how do I register a proper complaint which can be followed up on and documented?
