    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet outage for last 2 days in Patna. Resumption time keeps changing every 6 hrs. Extremely disappointed with the service. Any update on when can it get fixed?

    @airtelindia worst service ever airtel xtream fiber. M unable to use internet from past 3 days and the service providers are not helping. I have already paid for 3 months payment of airtel xtream fiber and now they are showing make me helpless @Airtel_Presence

    Before establishing customer there should be infrastructure first , else there is no point in adding customers and providing false hope. Do you say "yes" if in a month your service is down by 5 days you cross that in you bill???@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia STAND ON MONOPOLY.

    @anonytus @Airtel_Presence Airtel is worst service provider, more than five days has passed and they are not able to transfer my broadband connection even after repeated request..Everyday i am getting same message "Sorry it is taking too much time and it will be rectified soon ". @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence (1/2) You folks never fail to disappoint. Right from non-updation of payments done, to incessant reminders from different numbers for ‘reminding’ me that I have a BB connection in safe custody. Time & again, I keep repeating that ‘not @ location’.

    Tomorrow i registered in @airtelindia for airtel fiber connection..almost 24 hour befor..but still i have not any response/call from your side...what the bad your service @airtelindia ..i am still waiting for your call.when you responded...for @AirtelFiber
