@Airtel_Presence It is 17th since the sim is purchased. And such a poor service from @airtelindia. Do not blame others for your failure you are loosing by yourself poor service. A simple first recharge is pending since 17 day. And no answer why your authorised retail shops are selling such sim.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your network is not good in Lucknow from last year. These days it has been worse. There is call drop and dispite showing network coverage the number is not reachable most of the times and due to this I miss important calls. Please look into this.
