    @airtelindia The peak irony? Even the Airtel Thanks app refuses to open using Airtel network or Airtel WiFi. You’re not just failing at broadband AND mobile coverage @Airtel_Presence, you’re running an involuntary unplugged retreat.

    I have paid for the data add-on, so I expect either the 500 GB data to be credited immediately or my ₹354 to be refunded. Please look into this matter urgently and provide a proper resolution instead of repeatedly registering complaints without resolving them. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago 48 hour since the sim has been blocked. Local Airtel store struggling to find a way for successful SIM swap. We are a business customer with registered business portal but unable to get a single human to respond!

    @airtelindia What do I have to do to get a new IPTV connection? For the past week I had placed numerous requests, got cancelled, paid in advance through the Airtel app but you booked me for DTH connection and then got cancelled AGAIN!! 121 is of no help, @airtelindia plz advise!!

    @TRAI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am not getting resolution . Today also visited Airtel Store at Alipore, Kolkata but could not get resolution. Met and Requested Mr Pravin but resolution is still pending. Store Manager was on leave. I have taken Wi-Fi Connection from Airtel Wi-Fi 03334669032. Paid all amounts asked for. However not getting TV Connection Activated. Airtel represent Mr Ishaan, mobile no +91 89813 12074 is not able to provide resolution. Struggling to get TV Set Top connection to watch TV since last two months. Corrective Action is required. Please help.
