    @Airtel_Presence Still no assistance. This is some pathetic service from you guys. My work got affected today due to this outage, and with no support or update from your end, it doesn't look like things will improve anytime soon. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence RESOLVE THIS ASAP

    Try connecting @airtelindia customer care. Looks like solid cost cutting has done. It took me 12 min , just to get email id of airtel customer care from the employee. To register a complaint, took 2 hrs through multiple touchpoint of chat, call and email.

    @airtelbank @airtelindia kindly provide option to delete/deactivate Airtel Merchant account through the app. I have requested to do so by email but there is no such progress. Help me to deactivate/ delete my Airtel Payments Bank Merchant account and the sound box too.

    @airtelindia @VivekKushw9361 Stupid Airtel and their monopoly customer care just says oppss .. the IVR never connect to representative. I have been with airtel since 2005 . Planning to port ! 🤬

    @airtelindia One of your customer care representative had been repeatedly provided false promises of immediate wifi connection and collected my adhaar and money.Please ensure my KYCs are not misused and take action against such staff duping the customer.

    @airtelindia Trying to talk to someone at 121 is frustrating. takes 6 mins to reach a person- rest is all nonsense that airtel wants us to hear, & most of the times the representative has no clue to solve a simple problem and refers to app, which is another nonsense entirely.

    Absolutely fed up with @airtelindia. Internet is slow, so their app won’t load to raise a complaint. Called 198- no auto-response, no human support, just an automated text telling me to use a chatbot. How am I supposed to use a chatbot without internet?
