@airtelindia @airtelnews When Technician visited I have requested for change my modem but your executive responsible for modem change request was so arrogant that he didn't ready to talk to customer . He cut the phone while I was requesting him for modem change. He told me to trouble one more day.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You have made it impossible to talk to customer care regarding any complaints. Only way to reach a customer care staff is if one wants to buy Airtel black. Today spent hours trying to reach a customer support staff but couldn't, there is no option.
