@airtelindia Extremely pathetic service from airtel india. My fiber connection down since 5 days. Loss of office and businesses in my area of jorhat, tarajan(785001) . Customer care says call back will be arranged this that. Still not being able to resolve a simple fiber issue.

Does it take a tweet to the CEO to get @airtelindia respond. Please add it to your SLA. @vittalgopal Airtel says 5 days of no action and 2 more days of waiting after customer sends emails repeatedly and keeps asking for updates. In Modi's digital India where do you stand???
