    @airtelindia I pay 1800 a month for my internet connection. Lately I have been facing trouble with my wifi connection and I haven’t been able to catch hold of a person to help. It’s been a month. @Airtel_Presence the thanks app doesn’t help either.

    24+ hours crossed since my last complaint and still no proper response from @JioCare regarding my Jio AirFiber installation. Already paid ₹2222 and waiting for more than 20 days. Rectify this immediately or I’ll switch to @airtelindia .Extremely disappointed with the service.

    @Airtel_Presence Update day 3 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence yet no sign of recovery , Airtel just looks good on paper rest for their services they are just so bad 72 hours and yet no bars or any sort of efforts by #airtel yet again thank you for your service lol

    @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed with Airtel broadband service. My Wi-Fi shifting request (04424861980_WIFI) was promised to be resolved by 20 May, 08:30 PM, but it is still pending and showing “in-progress” with no proper support update. Request

    @JioCare has the shittiest 5G network. @airtelindia has improved a lot on that front. Tested both, will henceforth continue with Airtel for 5G network requirements. #5gnetwork
