    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence extremely dissatisfied with my wifi device. Using since 3 mths. Never ever gave good internet despite showing a tower nearby, battery shows red during charging as well. No info on customer care for my wifi device. I want to terminate the connection.

    @airtelindia it has been 9 days since i paid for new fiber broadband connection and i am still waiting for it to be installed. I have dropped two emails till date to your customer care copying Maharashtra nodal officer but no reply yet. Pls process refund if not keen🙏🙏

    I have got an #airtel Broadband Xstream Connection which works intermittently only. I am trying to login my complaint through #airtelthanks app but the app is so tuned that one cannot register ur complaint. Similar problem is with their helpline. Seek help from @airtelindia
