    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia made several complaints about network coverage issue, but customer uncare seems to be absolutely incompetent to even understand the issue forget about channelizing it correctly towards resolution.All the resolutions they suggest are vague and useless

    They actually keep saying they have tried to reach out. Infact they never do. Everytime a customer representative calls, they have no idea what the issue is and one has to repeat the entire ordeal once again, only for @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia to do nothing about the issue!!

    @airtelindia i have a airtel xtreme fiber connection with customer code X000042 Every 2/3 days the internet services stops i have to call and ask to fix it. Again internet service is not working since yesterday morning i have called multiple times but it’s not fixed yet.

    @airtelindia Very sluggish service. Even an email upgrade for esim activation is taking a hell lot of time and calls. Rarely that robot lets you talk to the cc executive. Meanwhile JIO provides email upgradation on their app itself. And their esim activation too was a cakewalk.
