@Airtel_Presence Hello team @airtelindia. There is indoor as well as indoor network issue in Sassoon Hospital, Station Road, Pune. Leave aside 4G even 2G network is not available indoor for calling. Please improve ASAP otherwise everyone using Airtel from Hospital have to switch.

They actually keep saying they have tried to reach out. Infact they never do. Everytime a customer representative calls, they have no idea what the issue is and one has to repeat the entire ordeal once again, only for @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia to do nothing about the issue!!

I have disconnected my @airtelindia number in 2017 (after having the number for 12 yrs) not only due to connectivity issues, but also wrongful billing chgs. The apathy that they have towards resolving customer issues is going to cost them a lot of customers.

@airtelindia Don't ever use any of airtel services. Their promises are fake. I live in pune and had bought airtel 4g hotspot for 2400 rs but the internet speed was poor than 2g. And after I complained to airtel they told me they can't help in this case. Don't fall in their trap
