Poor service from Pune team @airtelindia I am an airtel broadband user. Referred to my uncle, advance rental of 6 months has been taken though there was no feasibility in particular location And there no response from the team for connection nor refund has been provided.

@sajithnairc @VodafoneIN I registered a complaint with them after 5 call drops in 60 seconds. No follow up or resolution took place despite of multiple calls to the CC. Finally, when I sent port out req, these people started calling me with bill discounts &offers. Happily liviving with @airtelindia now

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when I'm entering the sim card it block other sim card too and showing sim network not detected for both sim. When I removed Airtel Sim other is working fine. Now as it's years old sim card I want to change as it's completely not working.

I had to recharge again. Money deducted for both successful & unsuccessful recharge, I'm still waiting for my refund. Recharge pack:- INR 349 on 28th Oct 21 at 12:10AM (unsuccessful) and at 12:20AM(successful).Kindly help me out in getting my refund at the earliest @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel SIM stopped working 3-4 days before. There is no sign of network in the phone. I checked the same in other phones, but it looks like there is some issue with the SIM. Let me know how & what is the procedure to replace it.
