    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews you claim to be fastest 4G networks.. But I am Dissapointed with the service.. Facing network issue and internet issue from long time.. Internet connectivity is lost in between and also facing call drops. Hope you resolve this.

    I have been using @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence from past 2 months and my airtel mobile number 8881068923. I had registered a complaint many times regarding Network and data issues but nothing has resolved yet. Your call centre executive service is pathetic.

    Is their any Problem with @airtelindia , coz suddenly my network bar shows "x" i.e no signal. My validity is also active and restarted my phone 2 to 3 times. @AmhiDombivlikar @WeAreDombivli

    @airtelindia I visited multiple districts in Eastern U.P . None of them had Airtel Network and it turned out to be a painful visit. Even Ulhasnagar in Thane Dist doesn't have Network...Time has come to swith now...

    @airtelindia SIM 9967859075 is not working despite change of SIM slots, rebooting/switch off-on of mobile set - msg "not reachable/switched off/no Internet -i am on oxygen support - in cases of emergency how shd i contact others- pls look into d matter ASAP & arrange for solution

    @airtelindia My only expectation is that I am paying my bills regularly, so I should not face any issue. If it is not possible for you to provide proper network then let me, so as to take appropriate action. It's your network not mine, don't you know where are the issues.

    @airtelindia worst customer service no coordination no knowledge 2 staff n very rude way 2 adrs customer queries store/ RM/care al with different info no sink my 5 number got disconnected permanently it seems without any call or notification i was happy with VI regret for porting

    Dear @Airtel_Presence, @airtelindia My broadband has been down since 3 July. I raised a complaint at 8:41 AM that day, but no service engineer has contacted me despite multiple follow-ups and an escalation. I was assured someone would call by end of day (7 PM). No one did. The next day, I was again asked to wait. When I requested a billing waiver for the outage, I was told to call back after the bill is generated to request it. It’s disappointing that customers have to repeatedly chase support for both service restoration and billing corrections. In an age where so much is automated, why should customers spend their time making multiple calls for an issue that wasn’t caused by them? Can someone please take ownership, have this issue resolved urgently, and ensure the billing adjustment is processed without requiring further follow-ups? Please ping me here for my account details

    @airtelindia Today also I called and they raised a complaint on 14:50 hrs. I was speaking to the Technical team the advisor didn't mention his name to me. I asked him to escalate the call and tranfer to some superior but he was very cunning he simply transferred me to the IVR.

    @airtelindia , @Airtel_Presence, It is very strange that I have been calling airtel to install IPTV since last two months. , On their request , I had paid Rs.500 twice to install the same but for reasons of their own they are still unabled giving poor excuses. Resolution reqd.
