@airtelindia it seems there is some issue in yr airtel app where in its shows, transaction failed but amt get debited frm our a/c, not once, 4 times, the details r shared in DM by @anandsk66, pls resolve as instead of 5000 u collected 20000/- , pls let us know whn u will refund.

@airtelindia Your services are dismal. Your mktg & sales teams with service engineers promise broadband installation within a day and disappear post payment. My order# is 21-35544736146. Pls look into this. I'd rather cancel this and go for a local provider who turnaround faster.
