@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Complaint.. I recharged on 8th September of 398INR validity 82 days.. On 29th September my SIM got damaged(not my mistake). I visited Airtel Gallery on Monday (i.e. 30th September) .. They said we hav to give new SIM..All fine till then (1/2)

@airtelindia I just dial in 121 for some queries and want to speak with customer care But got IVR response saying "all executives are busy, plz call after sometime" don't u care about your customers if the lines are busy can't you arrange for call back Thinking to port seriously.

When people complain to resolve the issue and waive off the bill they just suspend the number so that person will be forced to pay the bill without resolution. This is pathetic Airtel.
