@airtelindia is this the service I should expect, have completed all formalities and payment for Xstream Fiber on 1st Nov still haven't recieved a single call for installation nor is the sales person picking up the phone.

Hi @airtelindia I have raised a request 139388578 on 2nd November and the request is still open even after calling 100 times, also the field engineering team was not professional and did not understand the issue. #customerservice #customerexperience
