I recharge unlimted pack for 4g and it works on 2g. Complaint raised will be resolved within 15 days so that means in monthly scheme i won't be able use for 15 days so who will be answerable. Will airtel give me the unused credit back to me? @airtelindia @MIB_India

Internet outage has become a regular issue for @airtelindia in Greenfield Faridabad. Every week there is an outage for more than 24 hours straight, when you are incapable of providing services please shut down your services in this area. @Airtel_Presence useless services
