    @airtelindia AIRTEL One of worst network of INDIA.. Ported to Jio network .. Airtel kindle be loyal to your customer while providing service stop giving 2G services and showing LTE logo data services is dis labelled when am on call this means your not providing LTE network

    @airtelindia Dear Team Airtel, It's being more than 10 days I am facing a problem of " No Network" in my CUG number suddenly. I have raised and issued many of the mails , complaints , tweets , calls but still not positive response from Airtel. I have provided all the required documentation

    Recharged through #airtelthanks app for #Airtel sim, the amount debited from bank, recharge successful, but recharge not happened. Worst service from Airtel. Better to switch #jio. @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @airtelindia It’s been 2 days and still no technician visit. What kind of nonsense service is this? I’ve raised complaints daily but no action has been taken. No WiFi, no support, nothing. This is extremely frustrating.Please take this seriously and resolve my issue immediately

    I want to bring it into the notice of the @airtelindia authority that customer care services of your company are very bad. I had lodged a complaint regarding my digital TV on 6th April and again on 9th April , but no technician visited until now. Kindly look into the matter.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The issue is serious. None of the 3 bengali apps Adda times, Hoichoi and Klikk are showing the same content in Airtel Xstream app as the actual apps. I have been observing this lack of sync since I took the Airtel connection. I am very upset.

    @Airtel_Presence Hi @AirtelIndia team, I received a call earlier today where I was assured that the issue would be resolved within two hours. It has been well beyond that timeframe now, and the problem still persists. This is quite disappointing, especially after being given a clear assurance.

    @airtelindia Still stuck with Request IDs ECT7NHTDFX & EHR37ANDFX despite multiple emails and telling the technician to cancel. The @airtelindia app has NO cancellation option and your IVR is a loop of dead ends. Fix this!@Airtel_Presence #Airtel #HorribleService

    Hii @airtelindia I am facing continuous issues with my Airtel WiFi connection in Berhampur. Initially, it worked perfectly for 3 months. Then I recharged for 6 months (100 Mbps plan), which is a big expense for a middle-class user like me who depends on stable internet for work-from-home. However, within the first few days, 4 days were completely wasted due to technical issues from Airtel’s side. Recently, I again faced 2 days of complete service disruption. These repeated outages are causing serious loss, and there is no compensation or recovery provided. Customer care response is poor, and even the local Airtel office in Berhampur is not taking complaints seriously. This is highly disappointing. I request Airtel to: 1.Compensate for the lost days 2.Improve service reliability 3.Take customer complaints seriously Please resolve this urgently.
