As I didn't recharge that number it got deactivated, I visited airtel store, contacted customer care but got no help. I recently ported from Jio to Airtel Post-paid, and since then not a single incoming or outgoing call has worked. How can I rely on this network in an emergency? Very poor experience so far. I seriously regret leaving Jio network.
