    @airtelindia My only expectation is that I am paying my bills regularly, so I should not face any issue. If it is not possible for you to provide proper network then let me, so as to take appropriate action. It's your network not mine, don't you know where are the issues.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Useless 121 service. Not able to reach to operator when need in urgent, those stupid IVR does not help at all. And worst is Airtel thanks app which does not work properly.

    Dear @airtelindia I have a simple request to shift my Tv from my one location to another. This option is not on the app, when I call helpline I went through the entire 7-8 minutes but could find that option, it says to use the app there is no human call support. Kindly assist.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence bullshit service, ordered hdbox 2 sim and add-on extreme boxunder one family plan. It's been 4 days but my extreme box is not activated yet. Your dombivli dealer Tanaji is worst and has no idea at all just fake promises.Will not recommend at all.

    @airtelindia Broadband connectivity has been worst over the past few days- yesterday there was maintenance from 9 am to 4 pm(on a Monday). Today, there it shows connected, no internet. It says to diagnose in the app and everything seems fine there but no internet!
