But my complaint is that if we recharge for 1 month then 28 days validity, 56 days for 2 months, 77 days for 3 months. Spoke to Supervisor Sahil Sharma today and apparently there is no one senior at the customer service team above him. Not sure what to do. Happy to disconnect and port out. But that’s not being allowed either. Paying charges all month.
