    @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw The office building in Andheri East which houses 300plus employees facing serious issue of network on Airtel ; when the admin contacted Airtel team the response was this is due to 5G ? Unbelievable a suggestion given was to migrate to another network

    @airtelindia @Airtelcare3 Waiting at your fort mumbai branch from the past 20 min yet to be served. No one at the front to guide customer's. When asked for the manager was told he/she is busy on a zoom meeting. Very disappointed

    @airtelindia are there any remote chances of your pathetic services improving in near future?? No calls connected, data is slower than 2G, reply to complaints is at 3G speed and without any hesitation talking about closure of complaint without giving any solution at 5G speed 🤐

    I don't like to use your Airtel app and till date I have never received any invoice on my registered email id also. Didn't know @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hires goons to do recovery for invoice not even delivered to me.

    @airtelindia I have not used my DTH for the last 3 months and I am still being charged for the services. To top it all my outgoing calls were suspended. Inspite of repeated requests my bills are being generated Tried calling customer care and to deactivate from Airtel app nothing works

    Reply publicly within minutes asking me to DM my number, then completely disappear after I do. No update. No resolution. No accountability. The network keeps dropping for 5–10 minutes every few hours, and now even customer support has vanished. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    a great reply by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Instead of addressing it, Airtel sent me a template on updating an Authorized Signatory for an Airtel Business account. My complaint wasn’t even about a business account.Customers deserve responses, not random templates

    @airtelindia I have got ur 899 plan with unlimited 5g data. But as soon my 2 gb data is over, the internet speed dropped to 0 and it shows . Your Support is also not responding.

    @Airtel_Presence This repeated rescheduling without any resolution is unacceptable. My broadband issue continues to impact my work, and the appointment has now been pushed from 9 jul to 15 Jul. Resolve this immediately, or I will terminate my Airtel connection. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
