    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence everytime I upgrade my phone which are iPhones they always struggle to register my airtel number for iMessage and FaceTime. What could the issue be ? And finally it registers after like few weeks which is weird but Jio gets registered instantly

    I had one airtel prepaid number which was active from 2012 -2021. As I didn't recharge that number it got deactivated, I visited airtel store, contacted customer care but got no help. Please reissue that number again 🙏 A loyal airtel cutomer since 2005 - Present @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw The office building in Andheri East which houses 300plus employees facing serious issue of network on Airtel ; when the admin contacted Airtel team the response was this is due to 5G ? Unbelievable a suggestion given was to migrate to another network

    @airtelindia @Airtelcare3 Waiting at your fort mumbai branch from the past 20 min yet to be served. No one at the front to guide customer's. When asked for the manager was told he/she is busy on a zoom meeting. Very disappointed

    So #Vodafone Idea @ViCustomerCare won't allow customers to call on any 10 Digit Helpline Numbers including Phone Banking, if they are on Unlimited Calls and Data Pack/plan. However there are no issues with @airtelindia and @_reliancejio That's why Vodafone is losing in India

    I had recharged my phone number a week ago, just the next day of previous pack’s expiry. But @airtelindia keeps making reminder call that my pack has expired. I don’t know why is @airtelindia behaving like a fool. It’s time to port to a new network may be.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Such a worst service. Takes years for shifting a wifi connection. Don't give false promises if you can't act on time. Be ashamed of your services. You can't give the service engineer contact details to the customer. Isn't it foolish???

    As per your team @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the internet connection is fine but your router is not transmitting internet which is where the technician has to come to inspect the router, because in the entire building no one is facing internet issues.
