    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why was I charged 50 rs for a new sim card. Replacement SIM cards are usually free. It was ur fault that there was no network on my 1 year old sim and I was asked to replace it. Money making tactic?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you guys are getting frustrating now. Your incompetence seems to be showing. Last week i had issues with my wifi, the same issue has happened this week again. If you're bloody not capable enough to do better let me know i wil switch to something else

    Dear @airtelindia your xtreme fibre is used to be one of explicit service but we are experiencing too many technical issues now a days. Let us know when this will be restored in a better way? Or it’s time to say TATA to you! Awaiting your better services w.r.r broadband and data.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If a customer has taken pains to visit your office and requested disconnection, you must respect that and NOT SPAM him for doing so. 4 days and 50 retention calls not abating. You are ruining customer experience.

    @JioCare No resolution yet. The jio cenrre prpmised new connection yesterday. No one came. Now he is telling that he cant come today also. And old device which i surrendered, the credit note is not reflecting in app. If not possible o request you to cancel and i can move to @airtelindia
