    Looks like 16 year association with @ViCustomerCare will now end. As VI does not support #eSIM for Idea series number, I guess time to move towards @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer service IVR options + Airtel mobile app There's no option to add a new Airtel coupon code. One needs to punch in 20 numbers, wait for 3.5 min and when you do get connected to a rep, he disconnects the call!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your network in my area has degraded a lot. Even the Airtel app doesn't work on airtel's network. When I switch to my second sim (Jio) everything works. Can you do something about your network the way your advertisements show??

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Why does it take 7 whole days to merely update an email address on my registered phone number. To get an eSIM now I'll have to wait 7 days to first get the email updated and then the eSIM activation process. Some help for a mere emailid update!

    @airtelindia Mihijam is a town and a notified area in the Jamtara Sadar subdivision of the Jamtara district in the Indian state of Jharkhand. Airtel's 4G network is very week.Speed of 4G network is messier than 2G network as soon as possible by doing that Airtel does it.
