No-one cares about service.We tried idea,voda then Jio. But the problem is same. Data problems now becoming such a headache

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly resolve the broadband outage as it is impacting the work . It’s been more then 2 hrs and no internet . And also provide direct number of customer care inspite of ivr which simply waste time with automated options #poorservice

    @TSBBCare I have vey bad experience. I post this feedback on @TwitterIndia my Facebook profile, my office group and all other social media. I will not continue with broadband service. And will ask my friends not to use the same. I will switch @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I've registered a complaint at 6.15 am this morning about broadband not working and no update at all. With WFH etc this is most inconvenient. Please revert at the earliest

    It’s been more then 12 hrs outage of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews broadband but no resolution . This is really an example of poor service .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you don't have mobile network since morning in manjari pune. Leave about internet first focus on mobile network only. It's embarrassing for airtel user like me.i am airtel user since 2010. Please resolve issue as soon as possible

    @airtelindia I have ur connection Airtel black plan and since long i m@facing voice calling network issue and there is not response from any of ur team a genuine response So I would suggest U pls stop wasting money on add and use that money 4 better service

    @Airtel_Presence Seems like an organization wide problem with @airtelindia, not only with the broadband business, it exists in the dth business as well. New customer gets priority over existing customers. No wonder @reliancejio is making such inroads in the indian market

    @HathwayBrdband Pathetic service by #hathway internet. Despite a request on billing plan detail. nobody addressed it since past 3 days, all they do is say "we are working on it". Are you building the London bridge?? Pathetic!!! .Will switch to @reliancejio or @airtelindia now.
