One needs to punch in 20 numbers, wait for 3.5 min and when you do get connected to a rep, he disconnects the call!

If you are dissatisfied with the provided resolution, please contact 198 or appellate to raise an appeal. I can only say that my complain 31-1000014912563 is not resolved and Airtel is closing complain without resolution. Very Unfortunate.
