@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What a wosrt exp on airtel. Complaint raised for more than a week on app and still not resolved. In an area like Magarpatta Pune airtel is facing issues in voice calls leave aside data connection and coverage in remote places almost doesn't exist

@airtelindia @airtelnews really bad network for several numbers in Pune and Georai Dist Beed region. Followed up with Local airtel office but didn't see any positive impact. I hope Airtel as a brand doesn't want lose control over customer base. I'll appreciate if u take action.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Sent my contact details via DM and It's not location specific issue, currently I'm using it in Kharadi Pune and FYI it works alright on WiFi. Not sure what's going on as I'm getting decent internet speed from your network.

My main number has been ported @airtelindia -> @Idea -> @VodafoneIN .. I think porting to Vodafone was worst idea.. waiting for 90 days to end and back to Airtel..

Pathetic Service from @airtelindia. I am so called "Airtel Black" Customer and a ticket raised on 12th Oct is still open and every time I call them they will arrange for a call back and no one called me yet. I have been on call with Airtel RM's at-least 20 times last week (1/2).

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Booked a technician visit for DTH issue. Technician asked to not book through airtel, call directly to him. Didn't resolve the issue but took our DTH card and now demanding money to return it. Spoke to customer care but no resolution as usual.
