    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you guys really need to work faster on restoring internet services when it is down. Everything is so advanced nowadays but you guys are still giving excuses of technical issues. It's been down since morning but still not restored. Ridiculous.

    @airtelindia . After 40 hours my internet is still down. Airtel customer care is saying there is no TAT reflecting for resolution. Don't know when my issue will be resolved. Should I shift to other connection. Really frustrated by response.

    @airtelindia For past 5 hours Airtel team is struggling to install wifi connection in Kalyani Nagar Pune. Pl rush tech support. Hv escalated but no luck. Understand backend team has taken a tea break. Only shows lack of commitment.

    Airtel literally sucks nowdays as service provider. My network is showing 5G. All of my 4G data is used. I did a recharge of ₹49 unlimited internet but its still not working. 5G was working since last few days but now again it stopped.. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @airtelnews what is this I recharged for unlimited 5g internet as advertised on 3599rs plan,I do have 5g handset and 5g network coverage in my area , but 5g data being used from the 2gb quota and once it got over it stopped working , so where is the unlimited 5g?

    @airtelindia Your service has been poor since I (9994572701) upgraded to Airtel Black with IPTV. Internet issues persist despite multiple tickets via IVR. Poor response from service team. Fix it or deactivate my connection and collect your boxes. (Zone officer - 6385522525)

    @airtelindia Nobody is ready to talk. 121 and 198 don't respond . Airtel app bots are bogus. They're just made to trap customer, not to provide relief. Lesson for customers.

    Dear Airtel Team, ​I am writing to express my absolute dissatisfaction with your new connection process and to demand an immediate refund of my advance payment. ​After submitting a request via the Airtel app, your executive called me at 8 AM. On the 1st of June, my KYC was completed and the full payment was collected, with the assurance that the installation would happen that same day. ​However, the executive is now completely unreachable and refusing to respond to calls or messages. To make matters worse, the local installation engineer states he has no record of my order. ​This is completely unprofessional.
