    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is a network outrage in our area. Since last 3 days, I have not been able to use the broadband connection. Also, the app and call support is pathetic. They are just giving us false deadlines and pushing them.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi, appreciate your interest in Airtel Xstream Fiber. Unfortunately this service is currently not available in your area. Im a very disappointed when I show that message from Airtel Side .

    Irresponsible Airtel Black customer support, After 3 times of complaints still issue is same and airtel black support failed to resolved my issues. @airtelindia never ever go with Airtel black broadband services. Pathetic Airtel black service and internet. #airtelblack

    @airtelindia me and many colegues are facing net speed issues at office since many days, earlier it was not an issue. So much so that to tweet this i had to come out. Request you to kindly look into it else you will have 10-13 customer porting out. 4th Floor Turquoise, Panchvati

    @GTPL_Care worst service provider... The customer care team and the technician both are not responding. In every 15 day the service is stop and no one is taking responsibility to this. Waiting for @reliancejio and @airtelindia to provide their broadband in every location.

    @AirtelIndia, We don’t think that you can hit any further low than this with your internet service. Today is the 3rd day, we are losing our business because of no internet. There was no prior notification to any of the users in the building about changes. @airtelindia 1/3

    @airtelindia Reference DTH ID 3011639748 and complaint no 42879589/urgent. Kindly terminate the DTH connection immediately and send the engineer within 48 hours to collect the STB Remotes etc. Thanks for all the assistance given all these years
