    @airtelindia Please fix your aitel app and 121 so that customers can easily connect to the customer executive rather than sitting searching for options and stuck in press 1-2-3 or to the dumb chatbot repeating the wrong steps again and again.

    @ViCustomerCare In spite of reporting the issue it has been more than a month my *7734 number is not working at Home address but works fine when we go elsewhere! Either fix this in next 72 hours or will port it to @airtelindia / @reliancejio

    Nw that I hv decided to port my mobile number out from @airtelindia I cannot tell you the no. of calls I received from the customer relationship team. Wish they showed the same enthu & desire to help when I had IR issues with them.
